Women and injectable carnitine

Have any of our girls run this before, or know someone who has? My chick won't touch AAS and is afraid of the rebound with T3, oh and of course doesn't like clen... So, after seeing my results with injectable carnitine she won't stop asking me about it. Thoughts on this? is this safe for her?

Subbed. Would love to get my hippy wife to pin some. I pin b12 and soon complex B for her. I'd sneak some in but I don't roll like that.

I think fat loss is a females biggest concern. Subbed to see how effective and safe this could be

I could only find stuff relating to women who are pregnant and carnitine....

L-Carnitine is involved in energy metabolism and mitochondrial protection. It is made in the body, but can also be consumed through food. Supplementation of L-carnitine does not burn fat unless the individual is deficient in L-carnitine.

it doesn't directly increase fat loss, but increases energy, which increases activity, which increases fat loss. Unless I'm reading the examine.com article wrong.

Correct but you won't experience the increased energy nor the resulting fat loss unless you're deficient in it.

The reason for this thread is not the effectiveness of carnitine in regards to lipolysis, rather the safety of it with women. I have personally noticed a significant and powerful response to injectable carnitine, so my girlfriend wishes to try it personally. I am not concerned with whether or not it will work, that's fine. I'm just worried about her safety.

Also, I think it's VERY important to keep in mind these studies are done with oral carnitine. With that, you only absorb about 10% of what you ingest...

Were you on insulin when you ran it?

I would propose it was bc of the insulin you got such noticeable results not simply bc you injected it vs taking orally.
I'm not entirely sure if that's the case, or not. If anything, you would expect the insulin to ADD soft weight, not reduce it....?
