I think if I can keep the adductor healthy I’ve got some big potential with sumo. Got some cues from some of the other lifters. My starting hip position was too low, been working on that and this is the first time I’ve been able to move some weight on sumo in a month.
Yes sir, been rolling hamms and quads, it difficult to get the adductor. It looks like I’m humping the pvc pipe. Been using the massage hammer gun too.Keep up the adductor work and work on mobility, maybe roll out your inner thighs once in awhile and you should be good.

It’s definitely helpful. Mine is noisy as fuck. Has been helping with muscle soreness. Had the wife use it on my back after I did a 5x5 on conventional dead’s and it’s really good for muscle soreness and getting the target area loose.What do you think about the gun, after using it for a bit?

Threw on the Kraits today for the first time. Hard to self wrap, going to take a bit of practice to get it right. I got 2 months to get accustomed to self wrapping, I should be fine. A bit fatigued from deadlifts Tuesday, normally wouldn’t lift again until Friday but my schedule is thrown off. Going to a powerlifting seminar on Saturday and didn’t want to lift Friday since were supposed to be lifting at the seminar.

Just hopped back on a cruise dose 2 weeks ago hasn’t saturated yet. Got a Trt blood test at the end of the month/ beginning Feb. So after that I’m gonna run a short ester since I’ll only have 6 weeks from that point.Congrats on the PR
