- DB Goblet Squats (12 reps),
- Straight Leg Deadlift (RDL) (12 reps),
- Seated Leg Curl (12-15 reps),
- Lying DB Ham Curl (12 reps)

Do the reps really slow coz I need to watch and study you from behind to learn correct form for the movement.

SUPER important to train the hamstrings. Strong hamstrings equal less prone to injuries and WAY better development. I like your routine you posted. Have to copy that down and try it friday.I Train legs twice a week.
