If you’re new then you have to feel it out, if on tren you should be working it like everyday lol.
But yeah, a week is too long to wait for unless its ripped.

yeah youre right but I just strap the heaviest dumbbells in the gym to my hands and shrug and hold until my arms are about to fall off.Soreness isn’t an indicator of recovery either. Use performance as the metric.

I dont really track my progress for shrugs
I guess the only change in the past month is i reduced my test by 500mg and my protein has been lower than usual.
I should increase my test again , my body is struggling without the extra juice, i might get injured or shrink
