Working out sore?

My traps are still a little sore from over a week ago.
do I train them again or what?

How long have you been lifting brother?

If you’re new then you have to feel it out, if on tren you should be working it like everyday lol.

But yeah, a week is too long to wait for unless its ripped.

years, yeah not sure, its been 8 days. dont know whats going on. i train them consistently so its not like they werent conditioned
 
I feel like a dick now didn’t realize we were being serious.

You didn’t change up the movements at all and you didn’t skip hitting them at all and they’re randomly sore?

Hopefully you didn’t injure it, heat and ice it if you didn’t already, if there’s sign of bruising then something is wrong.

Hopefully you just lifted funny and nothing worse, we all do that sometimes.

As you increase weight for progressive overload you may need to adjust volume.

Soreness is no indicator of “overworked”. You can be sore and still perform better. Use two sessions in a row of hampered performance as an indication that a deload may be needed.

Soreness isn’t an indicator of recovery either. Use performance as the metric.

yeah youre right but I just strap the heaviest dumbbells in the gym to my hands and shrug and hold until my arms are about to fall off.
I dont really track my progress for shrugs

I guess the only change in the past month is i reduced my test by 500mg and my protein has been lower than usual.

I should increase my test again , my body is struggling without the extra juice, i might get injured or shrink
