http://www.stamfordadvocate.com/sports/article/WADA-lab-errors-falsely-accused-athletes-of-doping-1437244.php. the labs mistake showed "a serious lack of competence" well that says a lot. "its error had the propensity to cause harm." if they didnt already. "hasan was awarded $11900 in legal costs from the uae anti doping authority." but im asking. in these cases is anyone accountable. can you sue wada for incompetence or negligence? or anything else taken away. or things no longer available. because of faults in testing. aside from legal costs.
"the malaysian lab was the first of more than 35 labs in wadas worldwide network to be barred from conducting tests. it was suspended three months in 2009 for failing to detect an anabolic steroid." isnt that less than atheletes get. and they handle so many cases.
and why arent there 35 labs working on something else.
"wada relied on its labs "to deliver faultless assesments" and maintain integrity in the fight against doping, the cas panel said." well. so much for that.
