Ya hell, why get hurt for nothing when you can be healthy an live to lift another day!!!!I always used to watch the strongman comps with my Dad when I was a kid. I decided to get myself in shape and mainly lift for the aesthetics, but it's hard for me to not want to try and do big weights. It's fun......but I know being in my 40's its just asking for injuries, and I don't want that.
