Carb-cycling 2day carb-up during the week, 5days a week under 25g carbs of about ~2000-2500kcal a day on a low carb day.

upper body, lower body, full body split in a week.

Been borderline low-T forever and only looked in to it year ago, so will go on TRT and will be blast&cruise I believe from then on.

Need to put my body trough growth and in a state of a well being I have deserved.
