WTF is wrong with me?

ok, everytime i'm on the sauce during the day i feel completely exhuasted, drained no energy, after work and kicking myself in the ass for motivation i hit the gym and have a great workout,no energy problems. so i get home, eat,relax, jack-off, whatever, then when its sleepy time i can't get to sleep and when i finally do i wake up all thru the nite. i've tried prescription sleep aids, melotonin and other crap with no luck?? anyone have these symptoms?

Yes insomnia is common for alot of people on gear. Some gear is worse than others. Mine was especially bad on tren or anadrol. I tried basically everything also but to no avail. Perhaps someone can give you some tips to help out.

i get the same thing, the only thing that has worked for me thus far is to get up early, do cardio, have some caffeine early on in the day, lift after work and not let myself take any naps

usually by the time i get home i am pretty tired and able to fall asleep right away


if you find any good drugs to take though let me know lol
 
alot of sleeping/wakefullness problems are caused by simple factors: water, liver health, blood pressure, etc. drink at least a gallon of water a day (more if you're over 200lbs and decently lean), start taking some milk thistle and goldenseal to flush out the liver and kidneys, and test your blood pressure, if its high try an OTC herbal diuretic like Taraxatone.

if the insomnia is still there, L-Theanine works great for me....just have to take 300-400mg to feel it.
