UPDATE:
I'm happy to say Myself and Darren (WWB) had a conversation about the situation I had with the NPP, and we have agreed to put this situation down as miscommunication - perhaps a language barrier.
It also didn't help that I got annoyed quite quickly - so my communication probably wasn't good either. My fault there.
I still trust WWB enough to order from them again, and I will be making another order soon.
Yes, the NPP I received did need to be filtered as there was sediment making it cloudy. But I am actually ok with having to filter UGL oils before using them. This is not a WWB thing. This is a UGL thing, and I feel safer filtering non-pharmacy grade oils. I also encourage others to filter their UGL oils too.
So long story short - we are on good terms again and I am happy to order with them again. Apart from this one issue, it has been a pleasure dealing with Darren. I will continue to buy through him for my WWB products.
EDIT: Forgot to mention. It's fair to assume Darren is just a rep and has nothing to do with the raw powders used to make the NPP. I know that a lot of recent Chinese raw powders are darker than usual, but he may not. So this would perhaps explain why he told me the darker colour of the NPP was normal.
