Contacted Gary today and he confirmed that it was a warehouse issue. He offered a refund for the unshipped items or to send the items with my next order. Said that he would cover the shipping cost this time. I ended up grabbing a couple more bottles of tabs from them. Overall good experience with wwb and their customer service. Gray even replied to me over the holiday and said that he would have it situated shortly. So props to Gary and wwb. I suggest everybody take a video of the unboxing of your pack. When I first contacted them that was the first thing they asked for. Gary also mentioned that they have records for all orders. He included a picture of my order and confirmed the missing items.

Lots of people swarmed them due to their catalogue and prices. Big mainstream peptide companies went ghost, so its a ton of children trying to buy gear and peptides for cheap. The 4 reps and no group couldnt handle the influx of 10-20k people looking for cheap chinese gear. That's what happened.
