You and me both. I've been on the lookout for somewhere with high income, low cost of living, and maybe a heftily female skewed sex ratio. I'd take 2 out of 3.

check college towns in the South. the income side would probably have to come from remote work tho if you need it high high. Talahassee, Gainesville FL, Blacksburg VA, Athens GA, Savannah GA, the list goes on lol. my 2c.

edit: just be aware most these kinda towns don’t have the best gyms!!
