Here's the real useful takeaway: there's the same printing mistake across multiple vendors. None of the people we're dealing with in China are manufacturing. They're all reselling from the same sources. Trust and test appropriately.

Since December 5th, the tracking information for my DHL shipment to Europe still indicates "order transmitted" or "label created." Is anyone else experiencing a similar situation?

I have contacted Cavan twice regarding this matter. The first time, I was informed that the "package was unloaded, waiting for customs," and four days later, I was told that the "flight just arrived, waiting for customs." It appears these responses might be automated, and I am concerned about the lack of specific information.
