I switched from SSA 12iu to WWB 12iu and my hand stiffness went through the roof. Could hardly function my hands. Could there be a reason to this? Is this a sign SSA was underdosed?

Could be a lot of things. SSA could've been under-dosed. WWB is likely overdosed by a bit. It all ties back to water retention though. Has your diet changed? Electrolytes? Water intake?

Identical diet, just the GH carpel tunnel sides are awful from WWB. Interesting bc I hear the 36iu yellow tops silver label tested poorly, which is what I’m using

Yes this was a couple hours after waking still 90s. It’s weird I’ve tested at 69 2 hours after chicken and sweet potatoes. I just see that it’s the glucagon releasing sugar in the morning

Drop the potatoes for fast digesting carbs. Try this for your next final meal, one scoop of cream of rice, throw a scoop of protein powder in there and 10-20g of almond butter for the fat. I bet you wake up with a far better BG.

One last note. It’s important to point out that if you’re on HGH, Reta won’t be able to help much if you go to bed with a full stomach of slow digesting carbs unless you’re also on insulin. I’m bulking now and always go to bed slightly hungry. One day maybe I’ll dip my toes into Slin but this is how it goes for now.
