For anyone who is curious, here is my outlined daily program right now. It's mostly Dave Palumbo's protocol, with some added peptide shit. I have virtually NO experience with peptides, but I have heard and seen a lot of surprisingly good results from them. Giving it a go. This largely incorporates Palumbo's theory that you can keep your protein in take lower if your good fats are kept high. The carbs are largely there for the insulin. The insulin will only be used on weight lifting days, and the humulin will only be used legs and arms. Training will continue to be Mountaindog style.
5:45 am wake up
5:46 am take ECA Stack
5:50am do 30 minutes fasted cardio
6:25am take GHRP-6 (100mcgs), CJC No DAC (100mcgs, 10 units insulin syringe) & HGH Frag (250mcgs, 10 units on syringe)
6:30 am Inject 4iu GH then Inject 10 units of Humulin R
6:31 eat meal 1
8:30 am meal 2
10:15 am meal 4
11:30 am meal 5
1:30 pm Drink a protein shake (no carbs needed)
3:30 pm snack
4:30pm shoot 4iu GH
4:45pm shoot 10iu HumaLOG, start sipping pre workout shake w/30g carbs on way to gym
5:00pm workout & sip intra shake of BCAAs, 40g carbs & 5g creatine
6:15pm get home, make shake of 50g protein & 40g carbs (blueberries and oats)
6:15pm, shoot 100mcgs IGL-1 LR3
7:15pm shoot 100mcgs CJC No DAC, 100mcgs GHRP-2, .5 units on insulin syringe
9:00pm pre bed shake (possibly CJC No DAC and GHRP-2 again?)
6:30 am- 6 whole eggs, 3 pancakes w/ syrup to total 100 carbs
8:30 am 50 gram protein shake w/ 40 carbs
10:30 am- deli turkey or other lean meat (30 grams protein) and fruit (Apple, banana etc)
11:30 am- 50g protein, salad
1:30 shake 50g protein (egg whites, banana and nut butter w/ Stevia)
3:30 snack, 25g protein low carbs, some fat
Pre workout 50 carbs
Infra workout 50 carbs
6:15 shake w/ 50g protein & 40 carbs
7:30 lean meat (50 grams protein) & veggies
Pre bed shake w/50 G protein and peanut butter (1 tbsp)
Some peps get mixed, like CJC No Dac and GHRPs. Some are more fragile like GH that I don't mix. Yes, I have alarms set for the meals with the carbs for the insulin, just to be extra safe... The others I'm pretty good about being on top of within a few minutes.Man I thought I put a lot of time into this in a day but that's crazy, do you have alarms set for all the poking? Also you mixing the stuff in the Slin pins or every pepdite gets its own fresh poke? Sorry I don't know anything about peps

My traps felt it for 4 days man! I've haven't had DOMs in my traps for over a year since I started hitting them EOD, it's a brutal killer. Goodluck on your 5min deadlift/shrug combo she's a man maker
I'm glad to hear! I liked it a lot!What a great welcome back to the gym WO that was.best pump ive had in my back in a long time. The 5 min thing was everything i thought it would be. Had a hard time holding my grip by the end. Got done felt great, could have used more weight but i didnt know where to start cause i dont DL. But still had a great WO. About 7:00 pm i started feeling it in my traps, but when i woke up this morn opened my eyes and " yup" traps are sore AF. LOVE IT!!! lats too.

Should be fine! You might struggle a bit if you're doing upright rows, but besides that, your shoulders should be good to go tomorrow.Today's back day for me, I might just jump on this. Shit load of overtime is fucking up my TM template so instead of missing time from the gym I'm doing one week of isolation muscle groups How well would this work out if I plan on doing shoulders tomorrow?
Edit : I do, shoulders, traps, and deltoids as my shoulder day. Would it be recommended for me to do this back day and tomorrow follow up with my shoulders?
