WWB issue $1400 loss

I suppose it's up to them if they are willing change it, unfortunately I can't wait outside for the package because I'm nowhere near the delivery location, personally I would assume given the nature of what it is they are selling that they would expect some hiccups and a quick change of address, like I told them it's not as if I contacted them days later . Just my opinion on the situation. Especially considering they give a 12 hour window to pay meaning they are in fact taking messages over the weekend they just decided to ignore mine.
Bro just go to your old address knock on the door and tell them you’re receiving an order hat was delayed under this name bla bla bla. Say it’s for you cousin and you were receiving it and go get it. They won’t know what it is unless they open it which I highly doubt they will if you let them know

He's trying to ship to a different country lol..

Most of the parcel forwarding services will destroy anything they think is illegal it seems.
I must of missed it but it was implied by another member that you were shipping to a P.O. Box. You can authorize others to pick up packages for you if you have a friend or something. Not sure if you can authorize people remotely or if you have to do it in person though.

go to the post office and tell them you had a pack sent to the wrong address and see if they can hold it for you and you can pick it up from the post office.

Maybe ask them to require a signature? If it is not signed for, i would think they should return to sender
At this point I based on the customer service experience I very much doubt they would ever acknowledge the package being returned they would just sell the products again, also based on my conversation it's pretty obvious they are just drop shipping

Who was your rep, Cavan? If it was, try to contact Gary or Harlan. I think they are much more helpful. Ask other members, tbey have solved many issues by asking another rep to help. They will do everything they can to help you. 1400 is alot of money bro, they want your business

If you went through telegram, your rep is probably Cavan. He could be a prick and ignores people from what i read. Try one of the other reps, here is the contact info

What’s wrong with PO Boxes and why not use them?
generally speaking an actual "post office po box" is risky because the longer USPS is in custody of your package, the longer they have reason to check it. that's the simple statistics. this is like illegal shipping 101.

it's always best to have it delivered to a trusted private location (home, business, other non-usps receiver) as fast as possible and out of their hands.

@3pic Another issue you might encounter even if they were to return the package ba k to the sender is customs in Canada. Im not sure WWB will even reship it or not because customs is really tight there right now and alot of packs get intercepted. So thats something to keep in mind, alot of vendors wont even ship the original order to canada because it is risky. And if they do, they will tell you up front that they will not reship if it gets intercepted. Place smaller orders in the future

Yeah that's why I was originally having it shipped to the USA, I did let them know I'm willing to accept their policy not to reship to Canada, if it gets taken.

Well thats a tough spot no matter how you look at it. If it makes it through US customs, you have to hope your pack makes it back to them. Even if it does, you have to hope it makes it through canada customs. It will be going through two inspections, so the risk goes up. I dont know why you would ship it to a PO box that you dont have access to, but im not here to judge. Im sure there was a reason and you changed your mind. Either way, your best chance of resolving the issue is through another rep. Because Cavan will just ignore you

I'd say the risk is exaggerated. Unless it arrives at the post office damaged/leaking theres going to be little to no reason to inspect further. It has to process through the post office anyways. I've done both and with a large PO Box every package I received fits, no need to interact with anyone, and all hours pickup. If they suspect you are shipping illegal goods they will investigate whether it gets delivered to PO Box or home. Of course it doesn't improve opsec and security footage sucks.

According to USPS website, 4,754 arrests were made by inspectors in 2024. Who knows how many additional cases were referred to other law enforcement but having a PO box vs using a home address seems like it doesn't increase your risk much.

point is it doesn’t decrease risk at all, so you might as well just send it home.

I keep pointing out the obvious.

Why would they trip over themselves to “get” you, but when they seize thousands of packs coming through customs, have the evidence of illegal goods in hand, a name and address, they send a letter? Technically every one of those could result in them coming after the recipient (and it does for certain things, you aren’t getting a letter for fentanyl or cocaine).

The only time postal inspectors seem to get involved is when there’s a leaking pack, and someone brings it to their attention, they investigate, and maybe refer it to local law enforcement.

Hopefully it stays that way.

(And if you ever do something to make yourself a target, you’re fucked. No po boxes or changing the spelling of your name is going to make a difference. They have unlimited resources.)
