XKawN homebrewing bible

Hi guys, I've been looking for information for a few days now because I'd like to try making some vials myself. For the first time, I'd just like to try making a 30ml vial of testo enanthate so that if I make a mistake, it won't be a big problem. Doing a small production run would keep costs down, in case I realize it's not for me.
I'd like some help to see if I've understood everything correctly about making such a small batch, thanks.

TEST E 250MG/ML 30ml

-test E raw 7,5g
-ba 2% 0,6ml
-bb 20% 6ml
-mct oil 16ml

-50ml beaker
-50ml graduated cylinder
-0.001 scale
-syringe
-0.22 PTFE filter
-hot plate with magnetic stirrer

I weigh the test and raw quantities and put them in the beaker.
I put the bb in the beaker, heat, and stir until it's clear.
I add the MCT measured in the graduated cylinder and continue stirring, increasing the temperature.
When the solution seems ready, I lower the temperature to 40°C and then add BA, continuing to stir for 10-15 minutes.

I open a sterile 0.22 PTFE filter and insert it onto a large syringe. I remove the syringe plunger and pour the contents of the beaker into the syringe. I attach the needle to the syringe, insert it into a 30ml vial, replace the plunger, and pour the entire contents into the sterile vial. Is this correct? I just don't understand that transition from the beaker to the syringe: is it feasible or anti-sterile?

1. You do not need that much BB if you dont want to. I dont think you need BB in general. Its up to you, sometimes its nice to use a thinner.

2. I throw everything in at the same time. do you use a magnetic stirrer? I love that shit. just leave it in there and spin/walk away

You dont need much heat for test e, especially with solvents. Some people say they brew without any heat at all for test e. But i think the melting point for test e is between 34 and 39c, so you shouldnt need to go higher than that. Probably alot lower if you are using 20% bb. I would start low with temp and increase only a little bit at a time. If you get a cheap hot plate, there really isnt much temp control so keep that in mind. Good hot plate mixers cost 500+, probably better off getting something used on ebay. You really need a probe or temp guage to measure the oil directly (at least thats what i would do). But cheap hot plates make it easy to burn the oil and compound. Im sure there is some flexibility with the temp ranges, but if the oil gets to 100c, its safe to assume the batch is ruined. Only way to know is if you send your batch off for testing, which is probably not feasible for you because you are makimg small batches. I dont think you need a graduated cylinder neither, you can measure the oil in a 60ml syringe and use the beakers to brew. If you get pip from your first brew, it doesnt necessarily mean you did anything wrong. Test e raws have been causing alot of issues with pip lately. You should also know the purity of your raws before brewing for accurate dosing, otherwise you are just pissing in the wind

So you're telling me that to produce a small batch (30ml), I could significantly reduce my shopping list.
-test e raw
-ba
-bb
-mct oil

-1 50ml bercher
-a few sterile 20ml syringes
-sterile 0.22 PTFE filters
-empty sterile 30ml vial

That's all, and I'd try this without heating the mixture.
-I put test and raw in the bercher
-I put ba, bb, and mct oil in the bercher
-stir, stir, stir until the solution is clear - insert a needle with 0,22 ptfe filtee into the sterile 30ml vial
-I transfer the mixture from the bercher to a sterile syringe, insert it into the filter and needle, and transfer the contents into the vial.
Done?

PS:
-1% or 2% BA?
-best % BB for test e if i wont use it?

Thanks

I am inpatient. heat will speed up the process.

You do not need a thermometer at all. I never have.

Smoking point of MCT is over 160c
boiling point of MCT is 200c
Boiling point of Test E is far above that.

I always target 1.5% BA.

I use 10% BB just in case
you dont need a sterile syringe. your beaker isnt sterile right?

It sterilizes after it passes through the filter.
So anything you need AFTER THE FILTER must be sterile.

I hear you, i would just prefer to be on the safe side because i will only send raws in for testing, not the finished product.

Could it be enough?
Im sure that would be fine, alot of people have good luck with vevor mixing hot plates from amazon and i think its around the same price. But i think temperatire control is the main issue. Sometimes they get way hotter than you think its getting. Thats just what ive seen people posting though

I send it all
I hear you. You definitely have more experience brewing than i do for sure. Not long ago i was asking you for brewing advice. I just couldnt find too much information on melting vs smoking points and do not want to send finished batches for additional testing because of additional costs. Thats the only reason i want to play it safe. But i am not doubting you know your shite because you've been brewing for a while

Just curious why does everyone overthink density calculations instead of using volumetric glass. You need to calculate for purity but the density of the API is pointless . mix with your primary solvent once its a solution add like 80% of your co-solvent( carrier oil) then add the solution to a volumetric flask then top off to the line.
