Stated both TrT & GLPs about a year ago and it has been life-changing. I really let myself go in my 30s after a healthy 20s.
Current Test: 125mg/week
Current Reta: 4mg/week
Bodyweight gone from 6'0 255 lb to 205 lb.
Lifts for sets of 10 during this time, previously untrained:
Bench: 125 -> 225
Squat: 135 -> 265 (plagued by back tweaks & hip flexor tendonitis)
DL: 165 -> 365
Weight on the bar has really stalled out, which I don't expect to change on current caloric deficit (losing 1lb per week.) In about 3 months when bodyweight is in the 190s I plan to try a small blast to add some muscle mass. Thoughts on 300 test 100 primo? I plan on doing some more research on this forum to land on the right protocol.
Ive also seen the advice on waiting until close to 10 percent body fat to blast, but idk if I have another year of cutting in me. Need a break.. need to see some gains on the lifts & muscle mass to maintain motivation. Is this misguided?
