Ok I am going to give it a whirl I have been sitting on some for a few months reading and studying about it and decided it is go time.

I got really drunk this weekend and had did a few recs so I am detoxing today and yesterday by drinking alot of water and loading up on antioxidants.

Tomorrow morning I am gonna start my first 200mg with an ECA stack, I decided with all the stuff I have to do on a daily basis the eca is going to be required to keep me energized.

IF anybody has any suggestions I'm open cause Day One begins tomrrow, will keep everyone posted.
 
Day 2

Day 2 I just took 200mg about 3 hours ago and I just got a call from my boss saying we have a metting at one of our service centers. This is going to fucking blow considering the place is not airconditioned and I have to wear long sleeves and tie, oh well fuck it we will see how it goes.
 
just got out of the meeting, it was 2 hours long and I sweated like a freakin pig, I had to get up in the middle of it because I had drank so much water previously not knowing I was going to be in a meeting.

my recomendation on day 2 is dont sit in 95 degree buildings for long periods of time, other than that everything has been really pretty fine no bad sides as of yet, last night sleep was easy and other than some minor hot flashes everything was good
 
End Day 2

I am about to go to bed day 2 I had alot of carbs at dinner and finally realized what the hype was about, about 2 hours of strait heat flashes

I hvae got a really bad headache and I have been drinking more than enough water so I know it is not dehdydration. I am also developing a sore throat which if it persists I will have to stop the DNP in order to take some antibiotics.

we will see tomorrow is another day
 
Day 3

Day 3 took 200mg almost 5 hours ago, I am kind of suprised I have not even had one hot flash today, it is almost making me wonder if the pill was dosed properly, either that or I am just being strict enough on my guidelines that my body is reacting well. (knock on wood)

I Also have not had any carbs today other than the very few that are in those Dr Phills Meal replacement shakes (excellent source of protein 26g and only 210 calories) The eca stack is making me not that hungry so I force one of those down me for lunch because I know my body needs the nutrients.

I'll let ya know how the evening goes, they seem to be when all the problems have been occuring anyway.

Several folks who have tried low-dose DNP cycles (200 mg ed) say they experience almost no sides but that they do gain some benefits. Have you thought about staying on 200 mg ed and lengthening the cycle? From what I can deduce, you may be able to obtain the same benefits as a short, higher-dose cycle without the pain.

Actually I am keeping a weight progress chart from when I weigh everyday when I wake up and I was going to look around day 7 determine just that

I have decided to stay on a low dosage for atleast 7 days and might possibly extend it to a 15 day run on the low dose

ate dinner not loo long ago (can of tuna,a can of green beans and a pickle, with a can of V8 and can of Pinapple juice)and everything is pretty cool so far and if I could keep sides to the minimum they have been today with continuing progress I see no reason to up the dose. However I do feel I should not extend 15 days my first time to ever use due to my still minimul yet growing knowledge of the substance.
 
Day 4

Day 4 is pretty much like day 3 except I have been sweating more, prolly because it is a warmer day and I have been in and out alot. 200mg is a good dose and I am down 5.5 pounds as of morning day 4

Are you sure you;re sweating more because it's a warmer day, or could it be that at Day 4 the DNP has just now accumulated in your body to the point where it's mojo is working ovetime?

5.5 pounds in olny 4 days is phenomenal, and you;re only using 200 mg. Do you notice any sides aside from the sweats? How;s your energy level?

energy levels are low but I am using ECA stack and it is helping, I am also on a very strict diet and workout plan (however these have been 1/2 workouts for the last 3 days because of lack of energy) and have been for the last 4 months so that has alot to do with the weight loss I believe. I already was taking a small calorie deficit so with the DNP I think I should possibly consume more calories than I already am. The only problem with that is the ECA because it is just killing my hunger, until about dinner time I am literally having to force myself to eat for the nutrition.

Also you could be right on the sweating problem I really didn't put into consideration that my DNP levels in my system are prolly just higher.

Oh and smebody hit the nail on the head when they said stock up on toilet paper cause day 4 you will need it, it is day 4 and that is the only side affect really today I haven't experienced since I started. I have even been eating ALOT of fiber trying to reduce the possibility of this but it is obviously inevitable.
 
well pretty much, I would say soft stoole, I think I have been overloading on the fiber to keep it togethor and I definatly feel like I am going to have the squirts but it manages out in solid pieces (but is a fucking mess to clean up)

hope that wasn't too nasty for everyone just an honst answer to a question.
 
Day 5 - Sunday

Day 5 - Sunday is going by without a hitch, a few sweats here and there other than that nothing horrible, still at 200mg I am considering going back on what I said a few posts ago and uping the dose for day 6 and 7 and then ending this first cycle because this next weekend I will be leaving town and will probably want to do some drinking and I know alcohol and DNP are a no no together. Figured I should be atleast 3-4 days off a cycle before I start drinking so day 7 may be my last day if I confirm my plans for next weekend.

I will keep everyone updated.
 
Day 6 The End

Day 6

I decided not to go to a day 6, I only went 200mg ed for 5 days

I showed incredible progress and weighing 24hours after I ate my last pill I lost 1.1 pound so I am still losing pounds and assume it is still in my system working for a few days, that is the main reason I am ending it after 5 days

1. I am still learning and don;t want to fuck myself up on it.
2. I am leaving town and going to vegas thursday and I want to give myself atleast 3 full 24 hour days off before I start drinking.


However I am curious about how much I will lose the 2-3 days off it's supposed to still be running, I will post daily on it and after my weigh in tomorrow morning.
 
still losing weight and stool is not as loos, and I have not lowered my magnesium dose


pleasent experience and worth doing if you do your research and understand what you are doing, how to supplement it and why you are doing so

see one of my above posts for the supplements I am taking (too many to list again)

my diet is low fat moderte carbs and high protien, lots of tuna, fruits, and vegatables

I eat some blueberry yogurt and drink a v8 twice a day as a snack

I splurge once a week and have a really high in fat meal, cause its hard for me to stay disciplined if I dont cheat occaisonally
 
Mr Meanor....I have done 4 DNP cycles in the past prep'n for contests and I can honestly say it was miserable as hell each time but I have never done a short cycle. The short cycle you are running has me wondering what your results will be. when the water leaves.....lets us know.
