I am starting my First ever DNP Cycle. Read about it for about 2 months and gathered as much info as possible.

Age -- -21
Height--- 5’9”
Weight ---174 lbs
Body Fat ---16-17%
Dosage
Day 1-4 --> 1 x 200 mg Capsule with Breakfast
Day 5-12 --> 1 x 200 mg Capsule with Breakfast AND 1x 200 mg Capsule @ 7 pm with Food

Working out
Moderate to Heavy Lifting 3 times a week.
Diet
Breakfast --> Oatmeal + Protein Shake (2 Scoops) (Alternatively WW Bread with Eggs + Protein Shake)
Lunch--> Veggies + Fruits (Alternatively Lean meat with Veggies) + V8 can
Snack --> Nuts (almonds, hazel nuts)
Supper --> Rice + Lots of Veggies + Fruits (lean meat if possible) + V8 can
After workout --> Protein Shake (2 Scoops) + Blueberry Yogurt
2 Gallons of water every day
