The DNP Retatrutide Extreme Fat Loss Cycle

Waaaaatttteeeerrrr it's absolutely impossible to lose anything but water that quickly.
Yes, no clue why it happened. I would’ve thought it was an error with my scale if my physical appearance didn’t change so dramatically. I’ve dropped 3 lbs overnight before, but 5 is a little wild. It seems someone I know does have Covid, maybe I got it too.

Gonna throw this out there, but around this time each year, my body sheds a lot of water weight, which I will see as a sudden and significant drop on the scale of "wtf" proportions. My best guess is a seasonal thing, due to the decreasing temperatures. I sweat a lot during the warmer months, and I'm thinking my body is just getting rid of the extra it no longer needs since it's entering the colder months.

Hey @ShredSeason . I just spent several days reading both of your logs and want to say that your ability to not quit and keep pushing forward has really inspired me. The fact that you have lost so much weight is also inspiring and has given me hope that I can do the same.

I just spent 7 months basically laying in bed recovering from a major car crash with a lot of muscle wasting. After two surgeries, I can finally go back to the gym after being OK'd by my doc. I'm basically starting over and I'm now skinny fat based on my measurements with calipers and the scale. I've got at least 40-45 lbs of added fat to lose and I've probably lost 20-30 lbs of muscle just from inactivity.

I was so depressed that I even purchased some DNP to shed some of the fat with some fasting, but after reading your log I have decided the DNP isn't for me. On the advice of others and your logged experienced here, I'm going to start with TRT 150-200mg/wk, Tirz GLP1, 500-1000 calorie deficit, doing basic coumpound lifts 4-5 days a week, and 30-60 minutes of LISS cardio . I'm 44 years old and not 20 anymore, so I need to take things slow or I could end up back in the hospital again.

Thank you for taking the time to post your experience here. I have learned so much from it. Oh and please be kind to yourself... you only get one body in this life.
