Got a saying as below for your reference:
1 Gram of YK11.
99 Ml of Everclear (190 proof grain alcohol or 151 Bacardi), Everclear isn't Legal in All States.
This will Yield 10 Mg/Ml or CC.
To combine, put the 99 Ml of Everclear into a Beaker.
Bring water in a Pot to a Simmer, take off the Heat.
Put the Beaker into the Pot, then Add in the 1 Gram of YK11, and Stir.
I use a Glass Rod to do this, you can purchase on Amazon, if you don't have one.
