That is not the message you get when sending illegal substances. I can at least tell you that. Unless that is new.
If it was supposed to be out for delivery it means someone fucked up at the post office and you will be getting it a day or two later than expected.
I've gotten that before because supposedly they didn't have a clear path to my mailbox which is complete horse shit cuz the path can't be any clearer. They just fucked up somewhere and I got it a day later than I should have.
Yeah like the other guy said they, they wouldn't warn you that they are about to do a controlled delivery.
Is it int or domestic? I would view it as a sorting error and they are covering their backs especially if its already late.
This happened to me once because the contents of another package leaked all over mine (I think it was grape juice or something like that lol). I had to go in person to pick it up because they wanted me to check and see if mine was damaged. Obviously we don't know what the case is here, but just wanted to share my experience and show that that message could really mean anything.

I had this exact message when the barcode on my package was damaged. It wasn’t steroids, it was something legal. But eventually I got the package
