Need your thoughts/advice.

Hey everyone.
OK. Here's the story. I'm 31, 6', 195 lbs, 15%bf. Been training for almost 10 years now, with quite a few ups and downs (life has a way of being a bitch sometimes, you know?).
I was on these boards a couple years ago. Made some friends, got to know a couple sources and did 2 6-8 week cycles. Test/eq and test/tren. Made great gains and then for about a year and a half life turned a little trick on me (VERY long story I won't bore you with) and put me back to almost square one.
Been training consistently for about 6 months now and got back up to 195 from 175. I'm going to keep doing what I've been doing for about another few months or so and then start a few more cycles
A couple of questions.

1. Have any of you read about (or tried) the cycle strategies that Doggcrapp (Dante) talks about? Basically 4-5 weeks on pretty high doses and then 2-3 weeks on low dose test only (200-300mg/week) and clomid/arim. Then start all over again and keep repeating as many times as you want. The 4-5 weeks you train and eat like crazy and on the 2-3 weeks you calm down just a bit. What do you guys think about something like this?

2. I'm sure it will become readily apparent who the good sources on here are so I won't ask the "who are the good soureces" question. But, I've been gone long enough that I don't know which brands are generally considered crap and which are considered quality. Can you guys fill me in a bit?

3. Which email service do you guys recommend? Cyber-rights? Hush? Ziplip?

On a side note. I've been reading these boards again for a few days now and I wanted to let you guys know that it seems like everyone is a lot more polite and helpful than they were a few years ago. This looks like a great community.

I guess that's it for now. I'm sure I'll come up with more questions later. Thanks for your help.

Later,

The Munster

The UG labs are producing some of the best gear around right now. It's cheap as hell and, typically, domestic, so you can't go wrong with it.

Shit gear? Pretty much all mexi-vet gear. Some people love it, but many people hate it, so...... Your decision

I think that cycle plan is shitty. I'm not going to go any farther into depth on that. If you want to give it a shot, go right ahead, but I'll stick with my methods.

Email. I use ziplip. Honestly, I don't think any of it's any good if true safety is your concern. Anybody who truly wants to read your e-mail or get your info or whatever who has the resources to do so(read: FBI, DEA, etc) can do so no matter what e-mail you use. I'd be just as secure feeling using hotmail.

thanks

Grizzly,
I thought that cycle plan was wierd too but I wanted to find out if anybody has or does use it.
Thanks for your input, buddy.

I have to agree with Doggcraps strategy...what his point is...you want to shock your system...this way your body never reaches homeostasis(becomes accustomed to a certain dose and you have to take more and more just to see gains) A good example is cocaine...abusers have to use more and more just to get that high.

So which part of his strategy is the shocking the system part? Is it simply the idea that right about the time your body is getting used to the high levels of new hormones you drop them off (with a little clomid therapy to help), take a short break and then kick it back up again? Like continual shock waves?
In a way it sounds good in theory but my concern would be during the 2-3 week cruising period the clomid would be useless, and ultimately you'd just be doing a 6-12 month long cycle, greatly suppressing your system.
Like I said, interesting in theory but I'd love some more input/insight.
Thanks.

That's a terrible theory and steroid use is in now way, shape or form analogous to cocaine use.

Your body does not "become accustomed to" said dosage. You do not need to always increase your dosages.

The only time dosages need to be increased is when the amount of androgen being introduced is not enough to support any more muscle mass. The very, very, very, very VAST majority of people who use steroids will never ever, ever, ever reach this point because their starting point is so pitiful and they don't know dick about training or nutrition. The reason, then, that it appears that you need to take more each cycle is because the steroids are a crutch and being used as "muscle in a bottle" as opposed to a supplement like they are supposed to be.
