I wanted to make a thread of posting YouTube videos of people discussing training, gear a diet videos that I know most of us watch and everyone can break it down and give their opinions. I watch a lot of videos and some have great information and some have insane bullshit so we can either learn more or save someone’s ass from listening to one of these fools.

Problem number one: I have no idea how to upload a YouTube video here otherwise I would post the first one

I dunno but I am embarrassed at how many people with avg physiques record themselves, doing half ass lifts at my gym. Who the are they showing these vids to? I always see a super trendy Asian kid with Muppet hair recording himself. He has a decent build, zero legs, wears tights and space boots, and he has other little trendy asians who look up to him. Always one eyebrow raised like the Rock too.. I dont get it. He was huffing & puffing like Ronnie Coleman the other night, dropping his 50lb dumbells all crazy next to me.. I had to tell him to slow his roll and put his cam away.

Been awhile since I read it, but he talked about being descended from a race of reptilians and was a secret government assassin and had ties to the Illuminati. I believe he was a mod on that forum, which is a conspiracy theory forum. There was a lot of drama and some big falling out and he was banned. It's an entertaining read if you ever have a few hours to kill.

I dont understand how a human beings fucking brain can believe that shit! What a fucking weirdo he is. On Travel channel they have all those ghost story, haunted place shows. I'm going to do a fucking show with just me, a sleeping bag, and a fucking six pack and go sleep in The tower of London, Draculas castle, Amityville house etc. That would be the end of half those stupid fucking shows. Psychics and paranormal people are never, lawyers or doctors, or hedge fund managers. They're always some fucking form of cat lady or a closet homo guy with a beard hippy wife to throw people off his sexuality. Rant over, haha!
