Your AAS and or GH are low quality on GH especially you should be able to eat a whole fridge. If GH or AAS are low quality they will cause some kind of inflammation on your body. If an organ is stressed you don't want to eat. That's why you lose appetite on orals however this does not apply only to orals but low quality aas too and in general if you stress your body/organs you won't be able to eat.

2. Check other markers that can show you what other organs are stressed.
3. Make sure you have quality AAS/GH.
4. Clean the diet low carb High protein quality meals.
5. Vitamin C

There we go. Now ive learnt something. So hgh and t4 combined. Is the hgh dose from your doctor significent enough for muscle gains. Or just replacment theropy. There is nothing like this in australia. T3 and t4 not to hard to get for fat lazy cunts. Hgh is almost impossible. Certainly not from gp/doctor. Would have to come from endocrine/hrt clinic.
My doctor prescribed roughly 2.85 iu/day of HGH. With pharma, that’s probably enough for gains.

However, I’m only trying 5.78 iu/day of meditrope golden tops because I can’t afford $12k per month for my prescription that insurance refuses to pay for.

I’m gonna try to get blood tested 3-4 hours after an injection next week. Maybe today…

I am using QSC test and NPP, and meditrope golden tops #106 from TP.

On that note try mixing in a blender....

1 cup quick oats
50g protein from whey
40g peanut butter
1 banana or a cup of Blueberries

Easy meal replacement so to speak

60g peanut butter
1 1/2 cup Quaker oats
60g protein from whey (mint chocolate chip flavor)
2 large glasses of milk

And I blended that shit. No banana or blueberries as I hate that. It tastes like a Reese cup milkshake! Haha. Thanks a ton, this is a really good meal.

Nice to see you eating. Thought i might rename you the incrediblefast. The only guy ever to start a bulking cycle with a fast.
 
Try to keep drinking your food. Couple table spoons of oil in protien shake helps. I find olive oil better than 50grade motor oil. But you are your own person. Tren3times likes tranny oil. Hope he doesnt read that.

I think we figured it out. I can’t digest any meals after drinking milk, and I only recently started drinking it again after a many years…
Plenty of alternatives there. I like soy. But arlmond is trendy. Havent squeezed the teet of a cow for 10 years.

The digestive enzymes worked really damn well. I was surprised. I’m back to normal and man, I’m so fucking hungry!!!!! I just ate a family sized meal… and I may have to eat again.
 
The incrediblefast is dead before i got to know him. I feel like i put so much time in and got no reward. Like most of my dates. Well i guess i will have to put up with the incrediblebulk. Still feel like it is second best.:(
 
I don't understand why people always recommend oats to put on weight. It's too filling because its a complex carb with high fiber. Why do u think people use it to lose weight. Why would it be good to gain weight?

Stick to simple carbs. Which is the opposite of what you would do when trying to lose weight.
