After 20 years using aas my new log warning doses may be a little high for some.

Ok my cycle is really basic but it will be 20 weeks but every 4 weeks doses will increase.

NOW IF YOU ASK WHERE IS THE TREN ,VAR PRIMO THIS IS A MASS CYCLE. I ONLY DO 1 A YEAR AND ONLY 1 PRECONTEST CYCLE A YEAR THE REST IS 200MG TEST A WEEK

I WON'T GO INTO DIET BUT PROTEIN IS 65 GRAMS PER MEAL 7 MEALS 600 GRAMS OF CARBS 7 MEALS

THIS IS THE BIGGEST CYCCLE TO DATE AFTER 20 YEARS I AM GETTING BLOODS BEFORE MIDDLE AND THE END .
MASS CYCLE IS PREP FOR A FUTURE MASTER NATIONALS
I AM 44 5FT 7INCHES TALL AND CURRENT WEIGHT IS 241 THIS MORNING CALIPERS SAY 10% ? SO THE PLAN IS 260 SO MY GOAL IS 215-220 CONTEST.

Yes i know it is a little over 5 grams i know you guys will flame me but honestly i took 2 grams off the cycle that was giving to me by coach.I want this next two years to see exactly if i have what it takes to place high in a national contest even though it is master ,at 44 i am not getting any younger but i keep dreaming of the time when i can show you guys my oics from the contest ,hell maybe say i won(lol) maybe be a IFFB Pro as a master ,hey some say masters as a pro isn't the same but damn it if a guy that wears swimming trunks to their knees can be pro why not a master[:o)]

I will be careful cause i have a wive of 23 years a 18 yr son and a little 13 year old boy that is 6ft 1 220:rolleyes: i will quit it if health is the issue.
I will post 1 time a week when it begins and post every week for all the details.

Please all that i ask is to back me on this and by all means if you have any posts to help out do so cause i may have 25 years + lifting i can learn something new from everyone!

Meso is the only board that i felt would understand so i will keep it here.

Guys i am the guy that recommends first cycle 500mgs of test-e a week type of guy but sometimes you have to go for it:cool:

Also i am not here to fight so if it comes to flames i am to old to bicker i wiljust quit updating(like some would really care)

Reason i will pick Meso though is you won't post leave it to the beaver posts Meso is not the average board that is why i posted this that and i got a 7 day ban from a pro board uhummmmm for backing a guy from here:D

Nothing wrong with your cycle brother and yes i know it is a lot but i was told to use 7000mgs of test by itself D.J was upset with me but oh well i want to live to 50 at least.
I will also be taking 5iu of pharmacy grade GH a day it was a new car this year or this but the wife said go for it!!!!!
 
Good luck man and chase the dreams, don't give up you've come too far and have put too much work to let it go down the drain. Post us pics we love to get inspired, it's the motivation after all
 
By the way every looks good to each his own with dosing. But I don't understand why you add the prop at 13? I'm guessing you want to increase your test dosing but don't want to wait for the increase in the long Esther instead?

All is well i asked my wife if she would take pics and she agreed,this way by her taking pics of my past competitions she has the experience.
Note to all of the married or promised men, involve your lady all you can so future fights won't be about bodybuilding ,competing or juicing ,she is taking pics doing cardio and best of all a motivator ! You guys not hitched might not get my point .:p

I will post a pic middle of next week i will post measurements as well my upcoming workouts but mostly will be about aas.
I figure 4-5 pics should be enough in 20 weeks ,on another note i am getting that ummm feeling you get when you try something new but by the people whom i know who use him i am more excited than anything!

I have ran a couple grams of test ew, but not as much deca. I was 45lbs heavier than I am now. Do keep us posted,

I hear you on this one! I have involved my wife in everything I do regarding bodybuilding, juice, gh, etc. I have her help me with different things, this way she feels like she is part of the process instead of feeling left out. Best of luck to you GS! I look forward to your posts.
 
I just got a massive boner looking at your cycle GS. While I won't run one like that, it doesn't mean I don't want to. I will never compete again so I don't see a need for it. But you my man, power on! I wish you the best of luck and will be following and rooting you along. By the way, I used to train at MetroFlex ( where Ronnie and his gang trained) and got to be friends with some high level bb'ers and powerlifters. They all ran these types of juicy cycles too.
 
BTW i am not going into the Mater Nationals this July but WILL be competing next year! Yeah i know it ,why on earth would you start your prep now well this is going to be my mass cycle(as if you all couldn't have figured out:p)
Starting out with a simple 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off program sets will vary depending on my weak areas. Weak areas are outer calve ,to tell you the truth calves period .

The actual sets example first movement is to begin with warm ups more on the first exercise of the body part and less on the next movement and so on.
Reason is i like to start at my heaviest weight( example squats 6,8,10,12
Reducing as the reps go up. After a while you will get the hang of what weight's should be used
.
Cardio after every workout for 20 minutes.

Sets and reps differ depending on the movement and the body part.
Now things change i am one of those guys who may hit a different machine etc

Example
Day 1 Back
Weighted Chins 4x6-10
Bent-over barbell row 4x6-12
Reverse Grip pull down 3x8-12
Angled close grip pulldown 3x10-15 after failure last set
The weight and burn-out set............
Hyper-extension's 3x10-20 weighted
Already burned out no burn out on these(lol)

Traps
Barbell shrug 4x8-12
Seated dumbell shrug palms to the side
3x10-15 Again after failure on the last
set drop down in weight and burn it up until failure.

Total sets 24

Day 2 Chest
Incline Barbell Press 4 x 6-12
Flat dumbell press 4x8-12
Low incline dumbell fly 3x10-15
Weighted Dips 3x10-15 last set to failure then unhook
weight harness and continue to burn out to failure.

Shoulders

Smith Machine military Press 4x6-12
Seated side laterals 4x8-15
Rear Delt machine 3x10-15
Shoulder with Upright row 3x10-15 Again last exercise to failure
then reduce weight and immediately burn out to failure .

Total sets 28 sets
Day 3 off


Day 4
Arms
Close grip barbell press (smith) 4x8-15
Lying triceps dumbell extensions 3x8-12
Pushdown 4x10-15 last set to failure
then immediately drop weight and burn out to failure..
Push-ups using band tension 1x Failure

Bicep
Standing barbell curls 4x8-15
Seated alternate dumbell curls 3x8-12
Preacher curls 3x10-15 last set to failure
then immediately drop down weight and burn out to failure

Total sets 22 sets for workout
Next comes the long one
Day 5
Legs
Smith Machine Squats 4x8-15
Leg Press 4x8-15
Hack Squats 3x8-12
Stiff leg Deadlifts 3x8-12
Lying Leg curls 3x10-15
Standing one legged curl 2x10-12 last set to failure then
reduce weight and continue to failure.............

Calfs
Standing calf raise 4x12-20
Seated calf Raise 4x20-50 after 50 reps can't do '
Burn-out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Total sets 27 sets
Off Saturday and Sunday.

Really though i might do this for maybe 2 weeks and change up the movement some like instead of incline barbell press for chest i will change it to smith
nothing life changing(lol)

After 8 weeks i will go change my split and routine but for now this is basically about it.

I have talked to guys who say you need to plan out a full 12 months or so if you really plan on having the mass and conditioning so cycle will go total mass cycle but still be able to see some separation and veins and do my best to keep my abs visible .

Even though fat calipers are not #1 on checking fat it is the best resource for me at this time .
My training before this one was very basic 3 exercises per large body part and two such as bicep and triceps 2 exercises
Reps where 6-10 on most movements.

I am rambling so going to sleep taking the next two off and we are having cook out and my last social drink for another 12-14 months.
Now on Monday gym won't be open except 9am-12pm so i plan on waiting till i close it for my wife to take some pics. No photo-shop no bad lighting and oh yeah i all ready shaved ,so glad i trimmed for the last 6 months!:D

Hey GS, is that a scar on your elbow from some type of surgery? I ask because I have a tendon tear in my ankle and I may be looking at surgery to repair it if it doesn't heal on its own.

5 ft11 inches and bf is 14%
I'have been always moderate in my cycles,no more than 500 mg a week,all in all.
Reading your post,I'm wondering if I should give a 2000 mg a week cycle a chance,
Is there really a big difference between moderate to mega doses?
Anyway,hope you succeed in your plan becoming a pro master.

Let us know a outline of your cycle and we can go from there.
In a case of 500mg cycle always try to only go up to what you have too . Maybe a 1000mg a week cycle ,this also depends on what you are using and background.

Well have to stay of the boards so i can be with the wife . I will try to get pics and her taking them i need to be nice :D
