Hometown Powders Introduction

It was surprisingly easy to brew my own. I already have an autoclave from having a tattoo shop when I was younger, but you can use a nice pressure cooker with pressure readout. You want 12lbs @10 - 15 minutes for lab grade sterilization.

I know his test c is legit, I woke up with a boner today. For hypog @120s/nl baseline, I begin to feel immediate effects. I know he has a mass spec for his test c already, but I know how much 200mg should bump my levels - my blood tests on day 8(Monday next week) should come back 450 - 500 - if it's only 300, then he is adding additional cut since his purity testing. If it comes back over 500, then my math is off. I basically did 2g in 8ml - at his purity of 85% - that should put me 230ish mg per ml.

Been doing this for years since my surgeries which destroyed my pituitary gland, it's not rocket science, but it helps confirm he isn't added cut post lab measurements here.

I'm going to start brewing my own. This UGL shit is getting ridiculous.

Once you do it, you will be amazed how easy it is. It's just doing it the first time that is nerve racking. After that, it is old hat and you will be hooked. Not to mention the fact that you know exactly what is in there and how it was filtered/dosed. If you need any brewing help, feel free to post questions in the thread and I will do my best to answer or research the answer if I do not know.

Yeah MFL bs is what got me started. Its relatively cheap if you stay basic. I'm not sure i need a flow hood for personal use batches

Absolutely no need for a hood for home brew. You use syringe filters and sealed sterile vials. Once you start filtering the gear into the sealed sterile vial, you will build pressure inside the bottle. So after a few ml's have been filtered, you place a vent pin into the sealed sterile vial to release pressure. The air flow will be leaving the bottle as you fill it, so there is little to no risk of contamination through the vent needle. Everything is purchased sterile like when you buy syringes and pins. You just unwrap and use as quickly as possible.

I have never got an infection when using home brew.

Search for the caulk gun syringe filter method. It is beautiful and will save you so much time and suffering.

No need for the autoclaves if you are truly only doing home brew. It would be a nice addition to a home lab, but it is not necessary to brew for one's self.

I will be looking forward to your bloods. I know for sure that what you have is not cut any more that it was from my original supplier. 85% purity and I will put a $ guarantee on that. I do NOT cut anything. What I get and have tested is what I sell. The test c that you received is from the exact batch that I had mass spec'd. If anyone who has the test c gets a different mass spec number, I will give triple their money back. It is simply not possible, and when batches change, I will inform the board.

I hope that I did not come across rude at all. It was not my intention. I truly appreciate your business and the bloodwork/reviews. I also understand the concern as I have seen some pretty shady dealing over the years. I just want to make sure everyone understands that I am not one of those guys. I will be here on the up and up until my run is done. Everyone will always be taken care of. If/when I decide that I am done sourcing, I will leave the game respectably. With all of my customers knowing I am leaving and all orders filled.

Hope everyone had a nice day in real life and continues it on through the evening. I will be checking in tomorrow and then will be gone until the 30th. At that point, it will be business as usual and the communication that you guys have come to expect from me.

Thanks everyone for everything.

PS: All emails, pms, orders, shipments, etc have been dealt with. If you have an order that is awaiting delivery while I am away, you can rest easy knowing it is on the way. EVERYTHING is current.

I hope I didn't imply you were cutting - I don't feel you do. I'm only into day 2, and my wife and I are getting busy again, I've been baseline since January, so it's nice to be headed back to normal.

I feel quite confident my bloods will be where they should be. I'll be getting in touch when you get back, I quite like your attention to detail and packaging. I really hope you become a mainstay.

Customer service is beyond excellent. Really impressed. HTP is intelligent and responsive. I get a friendly vibe, but not like some slimy marketing type. He gets right to the point — no editorials — and he has directly addressed every question I have asked. I am not sure if I can think of a single meritorious complaint.

Regarding filtering, I hear using a large syringe with a sizable pocket of air placed in a caulking gun works very well. Obviously if you have no air in the syringe you will almost certainly break the filter. If you do not have enough air, it will require very frequent adjustment. Ultimately, the experiences are not dissimilar. Both a bottletop filter and a jury-rigged syringe-gun require frequent monitoring and maintenance of adequate but not excessive pressure. For example, a 60ml syringe with 30ml of solution and 30+ml of air is placed in the caulking gun and the gun is squeezed until sufficient pressure is achieved to slowly push the solution through the filter without breaking the filter. If you note the most effective compression ratio (random example: 30ml of uncompressed air compressed to 15ml is 2:1), you can use it no matter how much air is in the syringe and strive to maintain it throughout. The more air in the syringe the better. Just a thought.

Thank you, and I wasn't trying to be confrontational at all. I just wanted to make sure the guys know I stand behind this product. And that the product that was tested is what they are getting. Thank you also for the compliment on my business practices. I am doing my best to keep it up.

Been thinking the same for awhile now. I just received my final shipment of brewing supplies today. All I need to do now is find my vacuum pump.

Enjoy the brew. Be careful with bottle top filters and vacuum pumps. They need to be kept at lower pressures than they advertise or they run the risk of cracking the filter. I do not brew that way personally, but have read about broken bottle top filters a million times.

Good Luck!

Thanks for the kind words regarding our interactions.

Your information on caulk gun syringe filtering with the pocket of air is absolutely correct. The reason I use caulk gun methods is because of the threads I read concerning bottle top filters breaking, melting, or leaking dyes into the gear. If I were going to go with a more convenient method, I would look at some of the glassware filtering setups. It is my opinion that once you start using filters that open and expose the filtered gear to air, you need a flow hood and autoclave.

Thank you for your post.

Ok gentlemen, this will be my last post until the 30th. I will return to business as usual at that time. I have all orders current and every email, question, pm, etc answered.

Thank you all for everything you have done and see you soon.

Have a great weekend everyone.

Just to add, using a smaller size syringe (5ml vs 50ml) will speed the process up faster. I can filter 100ml in no time with a 5ml syringe.

Note, always remember NOT to back draw through the filter. This will damage it.

How long are raws good for? Do they go bad sitting in closet or something? Just thinking its going to take me a long time to go through 5 grams

According to post by Patrick Arnold pretty much all steroid powders will last forever if stored in a cool, dry place. Vacuum sealed is best. Now he also said certain powders lime epistane and pheraplex can degrade. I think epi turns to phera when it does. Anyways with traditional powders they should last forever.

is ur public key current on the first page???i just figured this pgp shit out lol.

As far as I know he hasn't changed it. Also he won't be responding until the 30th, so don't worry if he doesn't reply for the next few days

I read something about letting your stuff sit after brewing for the BA to work out any bacteria. Any truth to that?

I just finished with my first couple attempts. Caulk gun method is highly recommended and I appreciate the tip. After my first run I went and bought one because my hand was sore

I'll post pics and hopefully labmax if I have any vials left later.

The BA does not kill bacteria. It will however keep bacteria from forming in the finished product.
