I guess I probably jumped the gun and should have waited until I'd lost some weight before starting my 1st run. This being said, I'm doing 10 min treadmill everyday that I hit weights and the one day each week that I'm off I do an hr. I'm in the gym for no less than 80 min each day and am working my ass off in there. I do my set of whatever, then go to crunches, back to set, crunches etc. I'm not reading, talking on the phone, texting of facebooking. I'm here for a reason, not tk fuck around! I naturally get pretty big and am seeing and feeling results. Today is the beginning of my 3rd week and last night my bro said that he's seeing my work start to pay off. Like all men, this is the shit that feels good. No, not men looking at me, : ) So, @calfcramp is working with me and I am grateful. I just dont want to be counter productive friends. Any help/suggestions will be heeded/appreciated! Thank you all for the support as well as laughter! Meso is the spot!!
