@johnnyBALLZ is a warrior. I might try cardio one day (i do fuck the shit out of my girlfriend regularly)... just not today. I also have some homebrew aged finaplex tren on the way- my boy said he pinned a cc recently and was brought to his knees coughing.. it will be replacing masteron at the end of my cycle - and it will also replace my cardio. My hateful attitude on tren will be thoroughly documented for people considering tren. Makes me a fucking murderous asshole. Stay tuned.
 
Man, jelly of you two. Either my buddies live too far, have different training goals, or we can't get our cycles to line up, but I haven't been able to train with a friend for pretty close to a year now... I miss it :(

I forgot how much I missed it, the last time I trained with my brother was about a year ago. before he moved. Solo training has it's perks but this is working out better than I thought..

I like it, because I can go to failure a lot more than when solo training. I hate looking around the gym, asking someone to spot me for 10 sets... I also hate half repping, which I have to do when solo... GOTTA GET THE PUMP!

Making me miss my days when I was one of the big guys screaming my head off while deadlifting 555lbs. Not to mention 4 other big guys yelling and screaming at me at the same time. Them were the good old days in the basement of the YMCA.

If I won the lottery I would fill greendot cards for everyone I like for plane tickets and rock out with a week paid in vegas. Or be a paranoid bitch and take the money.... we could have a whole bunch of carnival games in a penthouse suite with gear and hgh kits for prizes, bench press and squat hookers when we train... meso nirvana.

223.5 earlier this morning after piss/shit, nothing to drink.. Up 6lbs from last Sunday (217.5)..

20lbs chicken, 15lb turkey meatloaf, couple sweet potatoes and 3lbs of steak for the grill. Not fucking around folks. rice, broccoli, beans, spinach/kale in the second prep wave.

Abs when I am bulking are always the first exercise I drop from the regiment!

Might try your peanut butter trick, because when I binge, I eat 5 snickers bars in one sitting...

don't know there 4leaf. Abs are a muscle too. Bulking just adds a subcutaneous layer of fat that hides them a shade less. Regardless, if you have built abs you will see them even in a bulking cycle.
