Already running a compound just stick with test. I've found I can get as big as I want with test a big set and lots of hardcore training.plus your body is still growing, by the time your 24-25 it looks that you'd be a house without any gear. Good luck either way.
 
buy those fucking pop tarts by the case and stuff them in your face! Reality is you can probably get away with eating anything you want without it hurting you much...but I would still try and eat a little better than sugar filled pop tarts bro...200 grams of protein? you getting that from food or relying on powders? 18 is facking young, Im surprised some of these gents are even offering advice...
 
Thanks for the advice, I'm upping my diet and I'll stick with test only for now, I'm shooting to hit 195 or 200 at the end of my cycle. Sounds like I just gotta eat more. Ill keep things posted
 
increase your diet train hard and safe( by safe I mean dont hurt yourself)....worry less about what your wanna weigh ...increasing your strength and dieting properly for the gains your looking for will naturally bring your weight up...

I find when worry less about what I weigh im much more inspired as I dont get discouraged ...And like it was stated above...getting up in weight will also put give you a a less defined look (water weight, higher BF%)...so what do you really want? to bulk up and work hard to cut or just get a little bigger and keep a chiseled look?

I personally prefer not bulking...as i have a high metabolism and would have to absolutely force feed/blend my food...
 
Research doc Scally's pct protocol*** u will need it. I used it and worked like a charm. No crash. Kept all my gains (I used hgh/insulin in pct) - not recommending that, just FYI. Stick with test. Eat more. Train safe
 
Just Clomid & HCG for PCT? How about your AI? I would go with Clomid, Nolva, and HCG and start the HCG at least weeks before PCT begins. Hope you planning on using research chems for PCT either. There are just too many bunk research products out there.
 
And after all was said..I'm still wondering how the fuck this youngin' hit plateaus @ age 18? Even if you did hit it, then there are numerous easy natural methods that will help you break plateaus easy, especially since you're living in your supra-physiological age range.

I agree man, he is a pretty boy. FUCKING EAT. when I cut I lose so much stregnth dude. When I eat a shit load of milk, eggs, yogurt, cottage cheese I blow the fuck up, on or off cycle.

Starting a cycle is YOUR choice. most if not all the side effects of steriods at a young are utter bullshit.

I cant say one way or the other about side affects at a young age as I didn't start using till thirty, but I would suspect that just like everything else as long as you don't abuse the compound you should be ok.
 
Im 4 weeks in 186lbs bench 300, squat 315 for reps and deadlift 365 for reps. Ive been doing my best to take the advice everyones given because I want to get big. Quit skipping leg days, upped my carbs protein. Training hard, considering getting a mass gainer shake to help me get in some more carbs and calories.

you've been skipping leg day? jesus......I train legs everytime I train. I get asked at least once a week "didn't you train legs last time?" yeah bitch, leg day is such a fucking stupid idea.

How are your fats man? I probably eat more fat than carbs daily, always felt better on fats over carbs. You'll be surprised how eating whole eggs, whole milk, etc will improve your strength like a MOFO.

(Don't take what I say personally man, I'm just blunt and direct, nothing agaisnt you as a person man, keep on keepin on)
 
You dont need juice bro your young. Unless you want to depend on having to cruise for life. Adequate rest nutrition. Hard work ethic. You will go very far dont use until hit your major wall. Just my opinion. You will do what you wanna do and if you do I would do very low dose like 200mg a week.
But you should leave it alone!!!!!!!
 
The sides for starting early are not "bullshit" you can shut your balls down permanently, just as you can later in life, hence why some BB'ers need TRT after they stop, because they can't get the balls to restart. This would really suck @ 18... Does this happen to everyone? No, some people can restart the balls after being on straight for 10 years... But you never know if you're the "unlucky one" until you roll the dice. Good luck!

If you hit plateaus early in life, do what normal people do, change lifting patterns, change the diet, get a coach to help, etc. Now, if you are going to compete professionally, that's another story...
 
I know how alot of you guys are. At least read read read. For a year or two at least. This place has alot of info also. Books like anabolic 10th.edition steroids 101. Lots of books from rick collins. Also remember this is illegal and you could go to jail along with hurting your body.

Amazon ebay. There a little pricey but are some of the best books around. Also if you going to stick around ask the admin to take the photos down that have your face pics in. Never know when L.E. is watching.
 
finished this cycle december 10th with a final weight of 196, so put on a total of 27 lbs and kept 17 kinda disappointed but my nutrition could've been better. Doing a show march 21 and trying to get on another cycle around feb 14th but my source moved out of state. Could anyone refer me to a new reliable source?
