i gained body fat with high e2 levels and had an extremely hard time losing any weight
in fact i went down to 900 cal a day and did cardio to lose any, when i had them checked they both were 3 times over the normal , 1 mg adex a day and they are in the normal range, i was also doing a cycle and had almost no gains.

Strictly my experience....
High:
Bloat/water retention esp in face
Puffy nips
deep infection looking pimples, like nasty big ones esp on back and shoulders
Low
less energy
stiff/creaky joints esp in shoulders and elbows
decrease in strength
seem to get sick easier??

How long did you run adex for before you stopped?
My TRT doc prescribed me adex because my estradiol was at 77, so he was a little concerned. I had puffy nipples, so I knew before I got the labs back that it was high. That said, he told me to take 0.5mg the day of my injection, but on the actual pill bottle it told me to take 0.5mg every 2 days, but with no time table. When I called my doc he told me to do whatever made me feel better and next time I went in we'd get bloods. I'm just curious what other peoples experiences are.

I've never experienced any other symptoms from high e2, except a slight burning/itching sensation and/or puffy nipples. I almost never run an AI during my cycles, and my aggressive cycles, I run it a week on, week off scheme. I did notice that it is easier to gain fat with high e2 (a well observed phenomena in scientific literature), but estrogen is also responsible in part of regulating new muscle growth, so no E2, gainz slow down...
With crashed or low e2, I get serious problems. I felt lethargic, and I needed to sleep every 6 hours I was awake, no joke. My mood was terrible, felt like absolute shit, even getting to the gym was hard, really hard... It made me incredibly snappy... My appetite disappeared when I crashed my e2.

I can't really do a 'cycle' in a conventional sense right now. I get my bloods tested every 6 weeks at the doctor I'm currently at (yes I plan on changing doctors to someone a little more lenient when it comes to blood test frequency). So the only things I can really do that would be worthwhile are orals, which I am going to start soon but I'm not to keen on, and GH which I have been doing.
So even though the only exogenous test I'm getting is my TRT dose, you think I should stay on 0.5mg EOD?

Other than going to a doctor and getting bloods is there any way to kinda know if your e is close to being in check? Other than sides that may or may not point in the right direction. Sometimes my can be confusing like a little of both so i just split the difference and say its good lol, but seriosly i know thats not the way to do things.
Yea I'm the same way my man that's y I been askin everyone on their sypmtoms but from past experience I rather it be too high then crashing it cuz that sucks. I'm not really prone so I usually throw some aromas in twice a week and never seem to have any issues.

Took top much Letto and aromasin everyday too kill a gyno lump and it killed the lump and all my e2 I had 0 libido for like 2 weeks
