Also I've got clomid and nolva will run for Pct.. At my weight.. And about 15% bf.. How much mass should I put on? Should I increase my food intake? I hold fat easily and I maintain at about 2000 cals... Poor man's metabolism

You could up the calories by throwing in a couple protein shakes. My protein shakes are 32oz. Gatorade bottles with 2 scoops of optimum nutrition 100% whey protein powder then filled all the way up with skim milk. That gives you around 80 grams of protein and 56 grams of carbs in each shake. That's around 560 calories per shake. Not much fat in those shakes but you put two of those into your diet and your up to 3900 calories, 405 grams protein, and 355 grams of carbs. I think I figured that right [emoji5]️
Anyway food is definitely the best way to get your desired nutrients but those shakes are quick and easy way to increase your calories. If you want to get big you have to eat big brother.
And you can always adjust your food intake as you go. Another suggestion since you say you gain fat easy is to hit some cardio first thing in the morning before you eat. I do that when I am cutting.
Sounds like you've done your homework for the cycle but could you be specific on your planned PCT. Just want to make sure you've got everything planned out right brother.
As far as what you can expect to gain. That's a hard question to answer because everyone is different but 20 pounds is not out of the question as long as you are running some legit gear. And some of that will be water weight so if you start taking some creatine after your cycle you might be able to hold more of the water weight (if desired). Anyway good luck brother and get to hitting those weights. [emoji123]

Thanks boilermech for your response.. Yes I will add one of those shakes in post workout and see how the added calories benefit me during the week.. I will add a second it it goes good. Thanks man

As far as pct goes im not taking anything week 11 n 12... Should I continue taking the arimidex all the way to pct or stop it on week 10? Week 13 n 14 clomid 100mg Nolva 40mg.. Weeks 15 n 16 50mg clomid 20g nolva

Well that's not a bad approach to pct. I don't think you really need that much being only 500mgs test but it's kind of the standard and should definitely get the job done. As far as adex goes yes you want to continue to take it right up till you start the Clomid and Nolvadex. Good to see someone who has actually done some research.
Have fun and enjoy this cycle because it only happens once. That is a first cycle only happens once[emoji6]

Eating more food is better than shakes, I only use shakes because my job makes it very hard (I work outside with no access to a fridge, etc for the better part of a day) to eat real food while working.

If you are bulking at your weight, you want to be 4k plus (I am around your weight, well heavier than you, by about 15 pounds). I would up the amount of chicken per meal to 10-12 ounces (I add some variety as well, occasionally having a steak, and regularly having tuna). You really need to get some legumes and vegetables in the mix, along with some healthy fats (fish, avacodo, nuts, etc). If bulking is your goal, you do want to eat clean, but you need fats and carbs in pretty healthy amounts to truly bulk.

I guarantee if you eat big, you will get big.

Damn.. 4k plus?! I see that pattern with alot of guys here.. Ive always dieted naturally what is it in steroids that helps u not get fat as shit? I will definitely be upping my cals next week.. I use variety too but sometimes I go with what's available.. Yesterday there was a lot of chicken and white rice available :P

I've been battling with pip from the test.. The only one that wasn't bad was my second shot in my right glute.. Even though it left a ball looking thing.. Didn't hurt... Almost fully gone. My left glute (first time pinning there) has been hurting since Fri.. Today it's feeling alot better. I literally have to sleep on my side or stomach for it not to bother me. I got chest day today! Looking forward to it.

Also I would love some input on some calorie dense food where I can fill in alot of macros/calories and don't feel like I'm stuffing myself.. No lie it was hard to eat 2800 cals.. I will be upping at least a 1000more so any tips will help.

4leafclover is defiantly right on that. Im a hard gainer as well and im up to 5400 a day now. My diet is alot of chicken and rice as well. I do mix things up some to. Im 6'0 and 190 but still pretty lean and eat 5 lbs of chicken, 12 cups rice and 20 egg whites a day. Thats not included 21\2 cups oatneal wit 2 scoops whey 2 tbls. Peanut butter. Dinner is usually 2 cuts of chickeb steak or pork ,pasta or rice and some vegy of some sort. Its a slow proccess and powder can never replace food!

I found thay adding calories slowly and maybe putting another meal in helps to reach that. Your metababolism will speed and little and stomach will grow and stretcha littlw to. I can only speak for myself and even eating what i eat sometimes when i finish a meal i still feel hungry now!

Getting into the upper calorie range is hard, I found for myself, I have to eat foods that I can enjoy. I hate most types of fish, but I tolerate tuna well (especially mixed with mustard and hotsauce). I love beef, but you have to be careful not to get to unhealthy of beef, I try to stay in the 95%+ lean for beaf, I make burgers, burritos, meatballs, etc. I learned to marinate stuff. Just because you need to eat big, doesn't mean you need to eat cardboard all the time. Remember, you need fats, olive oil is a great base for any marinade! You can peanut crust a steak, and it is delicious!

One trick I have found with protein shakes to make them more "wholesome" is to blend them with these ingredients (all of them). Honey (small amounts go along way in terms of flavor), greek yogurt, cottage cheese, 1-2 pieces of fruit, 2 cups of a healthy but flavor-full cereal (I really like protein cheerios at the moment), 2% milk, 1 huge dollop of peanut butter, crushed ice. It's like a body builders ice cream shake!

Another trick I use when I go from 4k calories to 5 or 6k, is to eat snacks a lot between meals. My go to snacks (because I love them) are cottage cheese, greek yogurt with a small amount of fruit, various assortments of nuts (make several 4-6 oz packets, they pack a lot of calories, provided they aren't pistachios), meat tidbits that are snack sized and well flavored (Caribbean jerk rub for instance, on cube sliced chicken or pork). The trick to eating big, is finding foods that you can shovel in without gagging. It gets harder to eat big, if all you do is eat plain. No one likes it for long periods, and you need to eat big for long periods of time to really see growth, I'm talking 8 months+ here for real size! You need to continue to eat big off cycle in order to keep the growth, or if you decrease calories, you will decrease in size.

4k calories has been my base this year, I have done 2+ months in a row, of 6k calories. Each time my wife is amazed at how much more I can eat, she said it's like feeding a horse now. You can do it! You just have to mentally prep yourself, find ways to convince yourself that it's pleasurable, or else it just becomes a chore.

@Oregongearhead and @brutus79 both have posts (OGH in nutrition and Brut in the cycle log area) where they go over recipes and food. It's worth a check, OGH has me very curious about his deserts made with protein powder as a base. His protein cheesecake looks amazing. Brutus has some great ideas about turkey meatloaf, and he has a different take on protein shakes than I do, he packs a lot of calories into them. It's worth a look for some ideas!

Yep, I pretty much eat all the time. Whenever I am at a family function, and we go out to dine, they are amazed that I order a 12 oz steak, and ask for two sides of chicken breast. How much I eat, is often a hot topic at my family events.

Hey guys I'm nearing week 3 of my dbol test cycle and I have not really gained weight scale wise.. But I have a hard look to me.. Everyone n their mom is telling me how buff I'm getting at work.. I notice it it but I want more!!! Lol I'm kinda a little down the scale hasn't really moved.. Only +2lbs really since I started.. Sometimes more but I fluctuate throughout the day.

I will be upping my calories to 3500cals per week and see how this week goes.. Is there an article.. Forum.. Or read u guys can point me or advice what steroids do with the food.. Cause like I said I usually maintain on 2000 calories.. I will be a fat pig at 3800 most going to my lower back fat area.. Soo I'm trying to get some massive gains while on the juice but not the point where I look sloppy. Any input advice.. Will be greatly appreciated!!

If you are trying to put on mass, and you don't have tren in the mix (there are some other agents as well that help to shed fat while eating higher calories, but this is negligible to mention in your case), expect to gain some fat. Not to worry though, test does offer some protection against fat accumulation (provided you keep your e2 low, but you will suffer some mass loss in doing so, it's a trade off, you have to decide what your goals are). For the most part though, if you eat relatively clean and keep your workouts strong you should add minimal fat. I've added maybe 3-5 lbs of fat this year and I have been bulking all year, between 4-6k calories, both on and off cycle. As huck would say, you have to eat big to get big.

Your dbol sounds fake, at the very least you should of added 3-5 lbs of water running it in the first week (it stabilizes after the initial period provided you don't go over board on the sodium) alone. If it's not fake, your training must suck. Even at 3k calories, you should of added at least 2-4 lbs of muscle, and 3-5 lbs of water at this point.

Hard for me to say though, my last bulk I averaged 1.6 lbs per week. I added weight in chunks however, a lot packed on in the first half of my cycle, then again at the mid point when I upped doses, and gains stayed steady @ 1.2-1.4 lbs per week for the tail end of the cycle.

If the gear is legit, you have to look towards your training, rest, and nutrition as the culprit for not making gains.

Damn I really good is not fake.. I did bloods pre cycle.. I will do en going into week 6 again.. What should I be expecting as far as test levels go... My training is intense and my diet has been on point... I also feel I should be feeling more on gear

I never feel "ON" till about week 6-7 when using long ester test.

I'm keep pushing on quit stressing the small stuff and next cycle I will Def get reputable sources.. I went with a source a friend of mine recommended.. Not well known.

I guess for some reason I was hoping I was on and Bam! I look like a beast haha I know it doesn't work that way tho.
It's funny I told my girl this is more of a trial basis and I'm already thinking about my next cycle haha
