Ive always found that switching my routine helps ...for example...I work at a isolated mining camp with a decent gym but limited stuff....so I have a routine here at work...then when I get home I hit Goodlife fitness which i have a totally different routine....seems to work for me....but i agree...i have a hard time getting my bicep to get sore the next day no matter how hard i hit them... i also like to youtube what other beasts are doing and give their routines a try...
 
Walker i use Youtube like a motherfucker. there are some inventive lifters out there. shit i would have never seen.. with the bis i have been trying to lean further over the preacher curl stand, and basically do more inversion type curls, but yeah there hard to make soar. thats why i seen a few bigger guys that do 3-4 sets of bis 3 x ew, and get away with it.. however i find as i get stronger its easier for me to get a good workout with actually less effort if that makes sense. I agree with swapping up workouts, i have well have tried to switch my lifts about a month before starting this cycle to shock my muscles . it worked for the first month, but i want to see this program through till the end, and ill switch again..
 
21's are one of my favorite bicep workouts to try and kill them... I also like doing curls on a machine starting at 140lbs doing 10 reps and dropping ten pounds off until I get to the first plate with no rest at all...so 140,130,120,110,100,all the way to 20 lbs @ 10 reps each...trust me ...give it a try you will cry like a little girl when you get to the last plate lol

I like that, ill have to try.. i used to do 21s, when i had people i lifted with. . im on solo now. ima try that decending workout soon, i like the sound of the crazy pain..

you will love it...i work out with a young fucker here at work who is bigger than me( but not stronger) ....he almost sheds a tear trying to get the last couple reps out at 20 lbs....its something to see someone struggle with 20 lbs haha
 
I feel like i need to take a trip to the strip club with a pair of nice sweats and a underamour tang. . I need attention just as much as those hoes. .. lol


I regularly hit up my local swimming pool and let all the single mom's drool ...my wife bums out as she's catching other women doing double takes lol...she loves it...haha
 
Figured id throw out a update. . like i say im not super impressed with my cycle yet.. not sure what to think, strenght is up, weight , im fuller, but last cycle i was able to stay so damn lean,and got so damn vasucular. not seeing either of those, however im eating 4-5k calories a day, and till im so full im sick. guess ill have blood work back by monday so if e2 is out of control ill try to dial it in..

Here i am at 204 this evening... not best pics but better than nothing..

guess i should add, that pic is 4months ago.. I was laying tile 3-5 days a week, then hitting the gym after work, and also doing cardio 5 days a week, id run 1 mile before lifting. I havent done a shred of cardio in 4months in pursuit of using more cals towards bulking. . . im debating implementing a little cardio soon, and def everyday the minute i go off this cycle..
 
I think your just in the middle of transitioning from very lean to getting bigger. Both cant be done at the same time. Add some grout, chip it off add some grout chip it off. Get it, see a pattern here? Stick with it. Ripped is nothing with out size and size is nothing without definition
 
personally , i think your photo at 193 looks far better...just my opinion...you look damn shredded at 193...
