Yeah that one works for me too EBK ,lol.

I tryed all the natural test boosters some yrs back before I went on TRT , and got nothing but headaches and flushing . My test level never went over 300ng until I got put on TRT , then everything got harder . You cant beat real test , except maybe a Clomid restart.....~Ogh

thanks for all of your help an im defiantly not gunna spend my hard earned money on shit that's not gunna give me the results I want..its gunna be gear for me!!!

Think seafood brah.

I would love to eat more seafood if it wasn't so high..poor people have poor ways lol an chicken breasts are the cheapest an cleanest way for me to keep my protein intake up!!!

The only one I have ever tried is maca. It didn't really do anything for my testosterone levels but it made me horny as hell! I still like to take the product from time to time.

It's all junk trust me. I've tried all of it still can't believe I've wasted all that money on bullshit.

if you can buy it OTC it is junk. if you can't buy it without a script or have to attain it illegally you are not going to get anything that works. unless you are in a foreign country in Asia or any place south of the border.
true that brother...wish i had known then what i know now!!!!

The only one I believe is actually worth anything is DAA (D-Aspartic Acid); it is backed with clinical studies, as well as many personal experiences (both myself and others). Also if purchased as just pure bulk powder (and not as the main ingredient in one of those new products), pure DAA is also one of the cheapest test-boosting supps around. I always include it as part of my PCT protocol (alongside everything else of course)

DAA is junk for boasting testosterone levels and why do you always bump up the old threads with this nonsense?

Wasn't a particularly old thread, and as far as natural testosterone boosters go it does in fact effectively work to raise levels. No natural booster is going to provide SERM-like boosts in levels, but as far as OTC booster name one that is more effective than DAA? Not quite sure what you base your comment on as it is not only anecdotally effective, but is also the one with the most studies and tests backing it's claims/results

I never said there were any other OTC boosters more effective but even with that being the case, DAA still is not effective. Do not confuse statistical significance with clinical significance.

Yes, it has plenty of studies showing it SLIGHTLY raises TT in the acute phase but after a month or so, in eugonadal males, TT goes back to baseline.....meaning it does absolute jack shit for you.

1)
Abstract
It was hypothesized that d-aspartic acid (D-ASP) supplementation would not increase endogenous testosterone levels or improve muscular performance associated with resistance training. Therefore, body composition, muscle strength, and serum hormone levels associated with the hypothalamo-pituitary-gonadal axis were studied after 28 days of resistance training and D-ASP supplementation. Resistance-trained men resistance trained 4 times/wk for 28 days while orally ingesting either 3 g of placebo or 3 g of D-ASP. Data were analyzed with 2 × 2 analysis of variance (P < .05). Before and after resistance training and supplementation, body composition and muscle strength, serum gonadal hormones, and serum D-ASP and d-aspartate oxidase (DDO) were determined. Body composition and muscle strength were significantly increased in both groups in response to resistance training (P< .05) but not different from one another (P > .05). Total and free testosterone, luteinizing hormone, gonadotropin-releasing hormone, and estradiol were unchanged with resistance training and D-ASP supplementation (P > .05). For serum D-ASP and DDO, D-ASP resulted in a slight increase compared with baseline levels (P > .05). For the D-ASP group, the levels of serum DDO were significantly increased compared with placebo (P < .05). The gonadal hormones were unaffected by 28 days of D-ASP supplementation and not associated with the observed increases in muscle strength and mass. Therefore, at the dose provided, D-ASP supplementation is ineffective in up-regulating the activity of the hypothalamo-pituitary-gonadal axis and has no anabolic or ergogenic effects in skeletal muscle.

2) Out of 23 participants, 20 had increased testosterone. From a mean of 4.5 ± 0.6 ng/ml serum at zero time, it rose to 6.4 ± 0.8 ng/ml, a 42% increase (Table (Table1).1). Statistical analyses indicated a significant effect [ANOVA with repeated measures: treatment effect: F(1,82) = 7.724, p < 0.0082] and a significant interaction between treatment and days [F(2,82) = 32.599; P < 0.0001].

Look at the second study. A 42% increase I'm TT. To this you say it's not only anecdotally effective but has the most claims and results to back it.

To you I say: 4.5ng/ml = 450ng/dL which were baseline levels. After treatment the 42% increase raised levels to 6.4ng/ml = 640ng/dL.

Now I ask you, just what exactly do you think that increase will do and how effective will it be?
