Whats up guys,welcome to my introduction. Im 40somethin years old,so Im no bubblegummer,but Ive never run a cycle. Ive lifted for most of my life but an injury sidelined me a couple years back. I had quit and just given it up. Ive decided to make a comeback and a recomp. I had never really had a good program,just pickin bits and pieces from musclemags and put my own shit together. Eventually my wrists wound up screwed up, I guess from years of going to failure,every set,every workout.
Now Im running allpro,with a sprint day on Sat and lots of cardio(5 days) as Ive let myself get pretty fat and sloppy. This forum (and my workout partner, my 10yo son) has been a great motivator for me.My favorite instrument of torture right now is a cheap ass rower I got for $25 at the flea market. Im hoping to get my bf down low enough to run my first cycle the beginning of march March. I just started ECA and Im going to try 2 weeks on/2 weeks off with that.
