First Test Cycle

So this morning i pinned again and i had upped it last week to ( forgot to mention that i think). So im at 625 a week now. I weighed in this morning and im 204 !!! Wtf!!! So 200 yesterday morning to 204! i was 207-208 when i went to bed and figured i woud be back to 200 201 maybe . :-) so tonight i the almighty chest night
 
Yesterday was chest . I switched it up a little

Flat bb
Incline db
Flat db
Decline db
Peck deck
Pull overs
All 3 by 12 ....well some got 8 or 10 but i always do a rest pause and get my numbers! No matter hiw bad it hurts or burns! all in all good workout was har. To hold the handlebars on the ride home. It was torture just to hold myself up!:-)
 
Did back last night. I can really feel it today. ive been having neck pains lately from bad neck posture. Ive really been working on that and its really starting to feel better. i always had a bad habit of looking down rather than up when doing deads and squats. so i got much better postue now looking slightly up at the ceiling keeping my spine aligned.

Deads
Weightes pull ups (close grip)
Bentover rows
One arm cable rows
Late pulls ( wide grip)
Db shrugs

All 3 by 12 but deads. It was intense and good contractions
 
So tonight was chest night. Ive been gone for awhileband havnt lifted since last Tuesday :-(. But i back in action this week!

Db inclines
Db flats
Dips( damn shoulder)
Peck deck
Pull overs
Some ab work to
Did 3 by 12 on all but abs did 6-7 ( dont remember just keep going tell i couldn't). It was a good workout today. Been slackin on abs so throwing those in morr often. Probably 3 days a week. Im not sure what im weighing in at right now. Ill will now tommorow morning. Im 210 right now but im think 205 206 by morning. Shoulder and neck have been flareing up from time to time. Been icing and ibp. To. My tennis elbow has also( fron gripping the shit out of everything) its a problem i have when lifting. I white nuckle everything. Getting better and wraps really help on back day.
 
So this mornings weigh in was 206! Of course that could be not so clean with cause of thanksgiving. My girls parents dont cook so clean either( souther home cookin:-) ). It was really good though
 
Last night was back ....needless to say im feeling it . I am tirer as hell today work was a real chore. Running plumbing all day was a little rough. But i am doing bloods next week and ive upped my dose to 750mg / wk.

They where all 3 by 12 but deads. I havnt gone fore anything less than 5 on deads. Im only doing 325 for 5 but my last one my form started to give. I had a great pump though. Lates were nice and spread. Back thickness has improved a little as well. Todat is my day off and then tommorow shoulders!
 
Just wanted to drop by and say I'm enjoying the log! Gonna start my first cycle sometime in the next few months. Keep the gains coming!

So last night was shoulders and it was pretty hard considering how i felt yesterday morning. I felt like a truck hit me( from the legs up...lol). once i was warmed up though it was on!

Front raises
Side rises
Rear flys

All 3 by 12 ( couple rest pauses to finish) i always get my nlumber though. So tonight is arms!
 
Last night i did arms. I still have a pump from last night too!:-) i just finished legs this morning. It was great having the whole gym to myself!

So for arms .....

Bb curls
Hammer curls
Preacher curls
One arm high cabe curls

Close grip bench
Over head extensions
Skull crushers
Push downs( v bar)

All 3 by 12 and for legs today...

Squats
Press
Hacks
Lunge
Curls
Calfs press

All 3 by 10 went al little heavier today
On calfs i did 7 by 12
It wasbt as good of a workout as i would have liked. Forgot my headphones today went as soon as i woke up. No food wad a mistake. Should have eat first and then went.
 
Make sure you get a good meal in within 45 min post workout. This is when your most receptive to nutrients. It helps greatly with recovery too especially when running gear
 
Ya i always do whey after i get home. I seen to peform better if i get a meal an hiur or so before i go in
No bro have the whey Immediately post workout then your meal. Since I go to work after the gym I have 3 hard boiled eggs and a banana. Keep that recovery train rolling

The magical post workout anabolic window is exaggerated to say the least... the studies cited used people who were fasting, so needless to say people who are fasting are receptive to nurients regardless of work out timing. The most important meal is the one BEFORE you train to ensure you have the necessary fuel for the exercise. Nutrient timing for the most part is supplement industry propaganda imo....

Its just trial and error. I notice that a meal after is just as important as the one before. Instead of fasting till my next meal. I feel like it certainly helps
 
Ive always woundered about that. i was fasted this morning so i saw a difference in my performance. i also was wanting to start sone bcaa`s in my workout as well. Whats thoughts on that. Is it just a supplement to take money or really worth it? Ive heard so much back and forth on this as well

Im set In my ways of doing this for a long time. I only invest in whey that's it. Doesn't mean bcaa isnt good but im not buying it. Bah humbug

You won't see any additional benefits from taking BCAA's, if you are eating enough protein you are getting more than enough amino acids. Supplementing with BCAA's won't make a difference in physique or performance.
