First Test Cycle

Should i be doing them? Or should i not?
Oh I just asked cuz recently upright rows fucked my neck/trap area up. Im going to discontinue them, which sucks cuz they are great for building my cobra hood and shoulders. I know upright rows have a bad reputation. Ive never had a problem until recently. Maybe my form ain't right idk. Maybe im just getting old. Im definitely not fuckin 20 any more and abuse of my body is catching up with me finally.

Other back exercises also can aggravate the neck/trap area. Close grip pulldowns and shrugs too. In fact I still see people fuckin up shrugs. If you roll your shoulders in the lift your asking for rotator cuff issues

I hvae heard the same stuff about upright rows so never did em. Theres a couple really big dudes at my gym that do them with db instead. I just never did em at all. When i do shrugs i try to keep as straight as possible and with how ive been hurting im only using 85`s for 15. Im not going heavy all . It flairs up no matter what it seems though.
 
I think its a nerve issue at least with me. Idk what to do. I was thinking about a chiropractor. Maybe they can realign me
 
Ya know it may not be what you wanna hear but take a week off. I been off for about 3 weeks due to sickness then two damn injuries. Sucks but you gotta be in it for the long haul
 
If your still trying to keep your balls in functIoning order then come off. That way you can start again sooner. It's tough to swallow I know. I recently went thru it. Especially when you planned on having a much longer cycle. Pct and continue to eat big even tho your not lifting. That way you can attempt to keep as much as possible

I cruise now and its a decision I made but if you don't have to then good for you.
 
Well im done with this cycle. Im gonna take the advice and pct off . Im still eating like a beast and hoping to keep even though im not finishing the first cycle the way i wanted to. Rest ,recovery, and kill it!! So starting at 185, finish is 204. So im more than plezed so far. We'll see what i hold in the coming weeks.
