First Test Cycle

Today im either having something like lower back pumps or i had my back over curved on my squats last night. I have really been working on this with squats and deadlifts. Its been a problem on and off in the past

Try various stretches. I too suffer from a horrible back injury years ago from dead lifting. Simple things like having your kid walk on your back or if your strong enough have your girl walk on your back. I prefer the latter it really does the trick. Or lay flat on your back lift both your legs in the air and stretch it by twisting your hips while maintaining your back flat to the ground. If done correctly itll alleviate alot of discomfort.

Work on that squat form otherwise when you get stronger itll cripple you

Right on bro ill certainly try those out. I really need to keep my form up its been getting a little sloopy

Im guessing your letting the weight fold you up and you turn the squat into an all back exercise. This is really dangerous. Try flexing the abdominals more that should alleviate the crushing feeling your getting. You don't wanna squat straight up and down either

Keep your weight on your heels, toes should be free to wiggle around. Drop the mentality you need to go heavy and drop super low, push your chest out and up, ass back and knees not over your toes, knees should push OUT as you come down so your weight is on heels and outter foot. Should feel like your gonna fall backwards. Go to front squats that helps with form for me. Bar on your throat, elbows up and high.

Great info guys !!:-) i have learned to keep my knees above my feet and over Them. Still tend to push my ass out.....my back does feel better though now so im not sure if they were pumps or over curvature of lower back
