Managed to somehow blast through it in an hour.. Then my wonderful 36min of cardio!! :rolleyes:

Brutus and I have had a hard time getting on the same page with scheduling the past week and a half.. Certainly missed having him for leg day today, trying to get together around lunch tomorrow..
 
I really went too fast with legs yesterday, I'm already sore and expecting worse tomorrow.

BACK ATTACK!!

T bar rows, 2 plates
4 sets of 12

Wide grip lay pull down, 100lbs pull to the front for 10 reps then drop to 50lbs behind the neck for another 10 reps
4 sets

Wide grip cable rows, not sure on weight
4 sets of 12

Hammer strength lat pull down thing, started 4 plates then dropped to 2 and 2 25's at set 5, 30 seconds rest
7 sets if 12

36 min of cardio

Tomorrow just abs and cardio, Saturday high volume arms with brutus!! :)
 
Hey JB run us through your 36min cardio.. whats it consist of. when i was my cuttest i was doing 10 min of cardio 5 days a week, and just running on a treadmill. right now im warming up on a elipitcal for a mile or approx 10 min, then i train, then i come back and have typically been doing 5min stairmaster and 5-7 min sprinting on the tread to follow the stairs up.. so thats 22min cardio.. id like to get to ur numbers, but shits exhausting after a sess.. whats the secret..
 
I've no idea, never been measured.. I have abs when I wake up in the morning but they slowly disappear as I start eating.. Maybe 14%? What do you guys think?
Body fat Is a hard thing to judge man. You look good mostly thick. I actually like that look. Your as big or bigger than alot of wrestlers so I wouldn't have no shame. Try out for the WWE?

whats your pace on the treadmill part of it. Ive started doing the same as i cant stand being on a tread for 30 in a row. . ill ride the recumbarnt, use the elptical, and stairs, and then tread.. im up to about 23 min now... would like to get to your 35-40 min. shits tough and mentally tough

Hopefully your feeling better Brutus. All this cardio talk is making me feel a little ill- there are many reasons I chose powerlifting over bodybuilding and cardio is near the top of the list.

Plenty of respect for bodybuilders who not only have to deal with the cardio but also crazy clean dieting that I could never stick with.

You will have to probably get past 10% JB im at 10% right now you can see the ab muscle slightly the out line but you can really see it when I flex. So I am trying to get even lower bf.

Its tuff. I know if I did more morning fasted cardio I could shread more. I hate waking up that early. But looks like I will have too. Good log! Never did cable rope curls work well?

Brutus switch your close grips to first in the tricep rotation before JB insists on fucking up you guys elbows with behind head extensions AND skull crushers.
