Hey guys - new to the forums. I've been researching for a few months - looking for some better gains. I'm 36, so the natural gains have taken a serious slow down. As of right now, I'm 6'2, 240 lbs. The muscle gains have slowed down, but the weight gains have really picked up. Doesn't help, of course, that I'm not eating clean.
So - I'm looking to learn. I'm hoping to make this a part of my lifestyle going forward, to help out in the areas natural age is starting to slow down. I've liked checking out this forum as there is a ton of great information here. So - thanks to everyone who has already been contributing, it's appreciated!
