Looking forward to this one Tek. What are your lifts at currently if you don't mind sharing? I'm especially interested in seeing how your oly lifts progress during this run.

Thanks man.
I've been having some scheduling conflicts with my new coach, we should be able to get together soon and establish an overall baseline since I've never trained with him before. I'm really uncertain of his techniques but he comes with great recommendation and I think has worked with competitive powerlifters as well as some college football programs in the south east. Since spring I've more or less been lifting moderate weight with an emphasis on explosiveness, I wasn't able to train in a way that would lay me out of work for a day or two, mostly just maintaining. So I'm excited and very eager to beginning training heavier with my primary goal to see marked improvement in the weightroom, I will also probably do some agility drills and see if I can improve those over the course of this cycle. Vertical, long jump, 40...etc.

At this point I'm chomping at the bit b/c I'm starting to see gains but don't yet have a well established program to take me to the next level. Here's an idea of what I do on a typical back day right now:

Dynamic warm-up: (EVERYDAY REGARDLESS OF W/O)
Set of pushups
set of pullups
set of JJ's

(20 yards or so each way and back. So down and back once.)
skips
high knees
lay-ups (two steps and a jump off one leg alternating legs)
kickbacks
swims
karaoke
squat slide (think a Bball defensive stance slide)
frankensteins (walking stiff-arm/leg alternate touchin opposite toe..right arm/left toe)

Lifts:
(warm up)
Good mornings
stiff-legged DL
one arm snatch
(Working sets)
snatch
bent row
upright row
hang clean
power clean
power clean/front squat
DL

Isolation:
pull ups
wide grip pull downs
T-bar rows
seated cable rows
straight arm lat pushdown
hammerfist high row
hammerfist low row

5-10 min cool down
static stretching
