I thought you were asking for your disabled uncle. you know you gotta put in the work. I hate it too! i didnt gain a ton of fat (def some) while off cardio for 4-5mo.. but to me it wasnt worth the extra sub q fat trying to bulk up.. id rather bulk lean style.. fuck it..
break it up like Jb does, ive been doing it this way too.. hit bike, tread, and elptical start with 8min each and increase till your at 12-15min per.. do this after lifting.. sometimes i do my 10 on the elptical first, than after i lift hit the other 20min
