Cool cuz I hate cardio

I thought you were asking for your disabled uncle. you know you gotta put in the work. I hate it too! i didnt gain a ton of fat (def some) while off cardio for 4-5mo.. but to me it wasnt worth the extra sub q fat trying to bulk up.. id rather bulk lean style.. fuck it..

break it up like Jb does, ive been doing it this way too.. hit bike, tread, and elptical start with 8min each and increase till your at 12-15min per.. do this after lifting.. sometimes i do my 10 on the elptical first, than after i lift hit the other 20min
 
im reading 20-30mg ew.. and it might take a few weeks to kick.. if your using prop you'd prolly need to split it up like 10mg eod .. i should have thought about that pre hand. im first ganna see if she even reacts to this at all , stand alone shot..

What do you think of that seated row cardio machine? You know the one thats attached thru a chain to a fan. I think I could get in to that one
 
20mg of TNE is like 5-6 bucks .. damn im cheap lol

If you wanna see your girls libido go through the roof? Give her 50 mg. of Test-E every 5 days, for 20 days...that's 200 mg. total. Then switch her over to EQ and run that at 100 mg. every 5 days... and after about 45 days, your girl should be so horny she can't control herself!
 
And the next time you wanna know what to give a woman... ask one? You can keep her over on the EQ, for an extended time without any real sides, as long as you don't exceed 100 mg. per week. It will produce the desired effects you want, without all the side effects associated with Test! Don't mess around and give her too much Test... as it will start thickening her vocal cords, and a couple other things she won't like too much! ;)
 
So lay out for me your ab routine tile

Hey gr8white.. man if you look into youtube on how female bikini competetors train abs and glutes, theyre there focus, like included 3-4x weekly. To me that is too much , but might be yours temporarily to cut down in the waist, so maybe its something to think about, inlcuding abs 3-4x ew.
as far as my routing, i have 1 day set aside a slight rest day in the gym: calfs / abs , lowback. i start with low back and abs that day, and start with light warm up /foam roll..stretch. I superset hyper extension/ reverse hypers, with ab crunches on the ab crunch machine, not sure if its a smith or a lifestyle machine, but its a flat bench and you have handles above you holding handles you do crunches with free wieghts attached. then i superset into a hanging ab raise. 5 sets of each so 20 . Then i do rack pulls slow and concentrated, and bent over bb rows. I believe it all works them abs. at the end if im still jonzing.. about 1once a month i grab a medicine ball and do 3 sets of 20 on the decline doing situps holding the ball raised in the air .
Plus ive recently turned up the cardion on donned JBs 36 min split of fun on the elptical, bike, tread, or stairs or any combo of such. i do this at the end to conserve best energy for the lifts. but im gettting this cardio in 5 days of 6 . I am down to 195 am 203 evening
 
Damn that's far from not doing much. But you make a good point here TG. Having good abs is more than just working abdominals. It's the overall core that needs to be strong (lower back, abs, obliques) before you have have a ripped ab set. I can see I need to step up my game with abs.
 
I need to drastically up my ab training. Matter of fact I have a big tile guy picture on my wall I look up to for motivation. I stare at it and twirl around while I put lipstick on, when alone of course

you got it. that core is at the root of all our lifts. I try to engage it anytime i can in most lifts. on my other days if im not exhausted i ususally throw 3 sets of my weak points behind my normal lifts, i really should do more abs .. too
