What's some good rotator cuff exercises that are useful to keep the rotators in tiptop shape or to rehab them if you are unfortunate enough to injure them?

i have been rehabbing using an adjustable pulley for internal and external rotations. I use only 5 lb for 20 reps of each.

I use this same exercise and do it going the opposite way to isolate and strengthen the medial delt as well. Had a lot of shoulder problems and the last sports doc I was going to suggested it to me. Always good to strengthen opposite muscles as well (for example, back problems, strengthen core and abs)

yep i agree. he shows both internal and external rotations in the short vid.

Worth doing a search. There's a few threads dedicated to shoulder pain and there seems to be some pretty good stretching exercises/routines that are well explained

A lot of crap lifting early on came back to haunt me when I started working out again and the videos above really helped.

This dude Cris Mills goes over some great stuff about posture and repair and how to be pain free. He mainly focuses on surfers' needs but I utilized some of his training in my cruze months to help with my pains and I was impressed by my increased flexibility and strength.

I did these clocks with some of the rotators exercises above and it helped tremendously. These are tough btw.

I also think that surfers are ridiculously strong for their size and their style of training has helped me recoop from many a pain in these last couple years.

Hope it helps.

Thanks for the replies and much appreciated, guys. Hope this helps others with rc issues as well.
