My 1st Cycle Log

Hey everyone. I am about to start my first cycle this monday and would just like everyone to share any comments or advice on my cycle. This will be my first cycle. A little background, I am 195lbs at 5% bf and 20 years old. I am planning on doing the following:
Weeks 1-12
Test E - 250mgs twice a week.
Adex - .5mgs EOD

PCT Weeks 16-20
nolva 40/20/20/20

I have been advised by friends to not run clomid. I eat clean and currently intake roughly 250g/400g/120g (P/C/F) for macros and about 4500 calories. I plan to get bloodwork done 6 weeks into the cycle and after to ensure everything is going and went okay. I am open to any and all advice.
 
Welcome aboard crofthths, Good luck on your journey.. May ruffle some feathers about your age but it doesn't seem to do any good lately. At least you can get the best advice from these guy's.....
 
Bloodwork before the cycle for a base referral? Make sure and stop the adex before you start your pct brother.
So what are your goals? Why do you feel you need to start AAS so early? Your test levels at your age should be rocking. How tall are you? At 195lbs if you increase your calories you could still grow naturally. You don't want to miss out on getting as much naturally as possible brother.

Yes I am getting bloods done before the cycle as well. I am 6' 2". I am strongly considering competing this year. I am set on competing later in life for sure. I have been set on AAS for over 3 years. I waited until now because I figured doing it at like 17-18 would not be wise and it gave time to train naturally. I started out at 125. I am very disciplined on my diet and with my training.
 
Not sure I agree with cycling so young, but at least you're trying to do a proper cycle. Consider holding off a couple more years, as you should be able to grow a lot naturally yet.
 
@HuckingFuge im not going for an Arnold Classic heavyweight win or anything at this young and small haha. You are completely right with me needing to add 100 lbs. that's why I was going to start cycling this year.
 
@Benny does it matter if i can still grow naturally or not if I plan on running more cycles after this one?
I'm not a pro at all this, but my opinion is that we all have natural limits to how much mass our bodies can maintain while off cycle. It's my belief that the level of mass you can natural support depends a lot on what happens naturally around your age. When you start a cycle you start mixing up your natural hormones and effecting what your body will do in the future. Just my opinions, and I have no studies or such to point you to.
 
No problem. You may want to talk to some of the more educated guys on here before you commit to your cycle.
 
Op in my opinion you are too young and can exploit you natty potential a lot better. Then again seeing your height and weight it proves to be difficult for you to gain weight. In my opinion give it another year and start eating like a grown man and train like a mad man then we will assess your progress. You can easily add another 20lbs to your frame with more calories and add a weight gainer once or twice a day and you will grow bud. It will be better start your cycle at lets say 220 vs 195. But what do i know.
 
my opinion is to eat big to get big. AAS just put the body into a perfect state to grow. you have several years before you can compete on stage at your height. do not do any cuts for a few years until you are big enough.
 
Thank you all for your advice. I have already committed to a degree because I have all my gear, pins, and pct as I was planning to start my cycle next week. But I do think It would be more advantageous for me to start at a heavier weight. I will definitely wait until I am a little heavier before I start. I know my body type and I have never even considered cutting at this weight lol. I will try and wait until I am at least like 215 before I start seeing as that would have taught me how to eat like a grown man lol. I really appreciate the advice.
 
Well I think HF. was a little over board on gaining 100 lb but yes at 6'2" you have been blessed with height but you won't even look like a body builder until your at least 230. Milk with every meal should beef you up quickly. Post a pic if you don't mind

no, I'm right on point. guys that height need to weight 300lbs off season to come in around 250lbs cut. guy 5" shorter than him are coming in at 245lbs.

Ya I hear ya HF but Im just supposing he is an ectomorph. Due to the fact he's 6'2" and under 200. Im guessing he will never be close to 300. Not many could be that big. Hell Schwarzenegger competed at 235. He was 6'2"

Arnold was big back than. Lou Forrigno jumped up to 300lbs to compete with the new guys. Arnold couldn't make it in today's BBing at 235lbs. the OP said he wanted to compete and that is why I gave my advice.
 
Ya...those were the days. When you didnt have to have massive legs and striated ass cheeks. WTF is wrong with body building now days?
