My 1st Cycle Log

To update. Still around 215. Feeling good. Last few weeks of my cycle it seems. Making a good bit of gains and feel this was a pretty successful cycle. Will definitely see how much I maintain during pct and my off time. at ~6'2 215 some notable lifts for me are:
Bench 265 for 4 sets of 8-10
Squat 375 for 3 sets of 6
Deadlifts 455 for 3 sets of 6

Still eating as much as usual 400+protein. Will continue to update for the last few weeks of my cycle, through pct, and up until Bloodwork comes back at pre cycle levels.
 
@hammertime started waking up earlier to fit in a few more meals. definitely feel the difference. Week 13. going until 14-15 only because i still have some oil left. Weight is to 210 but I am stronger than ever. back acne and tons of hair on my chest and abs are the only side effects I've experienced.
 
Spent about 14-15 weeks on cycle. Been off for two weeks. One more week before I start pct. weight is still the same and strength is still increasing. I ramped up my diet for this time and pct.
 
no, I'm right on point. guys that height need to weight 300lbs off season to come in around 250lbs cut. guy 5" shorter than him are coming in at 245lbs.
Lol.. I love how everytime someone post their weight everyone says u need to gain this much and use pro bb as examples... How do u know he wants to be 300 are 245 ripped.. Not everyone is tryig to be some massive monster.. I mean me personally thinks its a turn off.. I mean i applaud those who do want that and go for it but i like the physique of @lucabratzi ... 6 ft 2 at 190 is not big but considering hes 5% bodyfat hes not a totally skinny fucker.. I mean maybe to comeone who wants to be a monster but for a regular person who just wants to look good at the beach hes not... Just my opinion..
 
I understand that and its good that he motivates u but idk i would have to see a picture but 190 at 5% doent not seem too skinny to me idk... Not massive but i think thats a good frame o start with imo.. Good luck man!
 
Yesterday was my last day of pct. I'm gonna monitor my nips for the next three weeks and then get bloods. Went from about 185-215 and kept 200. I could've held more but life happened. It was a good cycle. Pumps were great. I learned a lot about my body throughout training and dieting on cycle. I want to thank everyone who offered advice, and not just in the cycle log but in the forums lol. I have read like all the threads since I've joined. All the advice was greatly appreciated and it helped me. I will post before and after but I'm already letting you guys know I don't compete with these guys in the meso's biggest thread!
