My 1st Cycle Log

3rd pin today. No pip. I have found that I shake a lot with the 1 1/2 inch needle and I noticed I have only been going in 1 inch. I am low bf so I assume it's okay. The last two pins I've immediately laid down and massaged the area for 5-10 minutes. I find it reduces pip to almost nonexistent but there could be numerous reasons for that like maybe I am just getting used to pinning and it has nothing to do with what I do after. Since last pin I have steadily went up 2-3 lbs. still from the diet I assume.

4th pin was yesterday. Did glutes and have had very little if any pip at all. No redness or bumps. I am lifting a little more in the gym but I attribute that to the increase in weight I've had. Still only been a few pounds but definitely enjoying the cycle thus far.

Any side effects so far?

@daledd I think it is too soon to see sides. Im only on the early side of week 2. I have seen the typical placebos like more erections, increase in acne, better feeling in the gym and all around, and seemingly oilier skin. I have gained weight and strength but i know those both came from the increase in my diet.

4th pin. I have stopped feeling the needle. it is seemingly harder to push the needle in but I dont feel any pain at all. Not even like a little pinch. This time i nicked a vein or something on the way out because a few drops of blood came out. I aspirated as usual and even waited a second like usual to see if any blood would fill the syringe. All the other times did not have any blood at all post injection. Not a big deal just being thorough on the log. The no pain whatsoever and tough skin seems to bother me. Anyone have any thoughts/experiences with this. Im sure it means im used to it and that there is only pain on virgin muscle or with high doses or short esters. I just would like to be reassured.

To update. Just started my third week of my cycle. Protein is up to almost 400g and carbs at about 400g and fats at almost 200 (all from peanut butter and olive oil). Calories above 5000. Weight is 198 at 6%. I used to not get sore when I wasn't on gear (which is normal if you don't miss workouts) but Since I've been on my cycle I can't even tell I trained the muscle the next day. Since I started I have increased weight and volume. I have done legs heavy the past 3 days. By heavy I mean 5-6 sets of 16-20 reps with 315 on squats, heavy stiff leg deadlifts, hamstring curls, leg extensions, hack squats, and leg press. Not in that order. Each excersize is performed slow and to full range of motion for 4-6 sets of 12-20. it bothers me that I can't even tell I trained about 24 hours after. Is this common on a cycle?

Yes
its an opportunity to train harder. Push yourself deep in to the burn and dont waist the opportunity of increased test count. Superset alot to fatigue the muscle faster. Add weight. Its great ain't it?

Week three. Going good, pip is definitely nonexistent and has been for the last few pins. Decided against legs everyday but I will be training them twice a week. Diet is good. Been eating at least 2lbs of a meat a day. Tilapia, steak, chicken, ground beef. Also have 2 cups of peanut butter a day. Carbs are the usual: different types of pasta, rice, sweet potatoes. Greens mainly broccoli and spinach. Drinking whole milk with almost every meal. On my rest days I eat out. Still hitting ~5000 calories daily. Current weight 200.8lbs at 6-7% body fat.

you need to know your macros more than you need to know calories. you figure up your macros. than it doesn't matter what your calories are. how much protein a day, how many carbs a day, and how much fat a day. saying 2 lbs of meat means nothing, cause beef, tuna, eggs are denser in protein than tilapia and chicken.

You got that right.
