I had my son video tape the wrestling match, because we were in the 2nd row. I was heckling randy Orton, ric flair & Triple h. I did a front double bicep pose while heckling orton.....Orton held his nose and gave me a thumbs down. It was hilarious.

So i went home to watch the show I recorded....and Holy Hell. I saw my dumbass on TV. I was like no way I'm that big....

I had a good chuckle.

A lot of those guys are just plain Ole average Joe's....willing to talk to you at any time. Some of them will take you to lunch, others just want to hang out....

Ive been debating about my dbol. Ive been taking 20mg 3x daily. The problem is ive had no side effects.

Muscle bellies are fuller and the strength was up right away as in the first week i started taking it. Im up about 7 lbs now in my 2nd week. How much higher should i be dosing this stuff?
 
Sounds very underdosed. .. 60 of good dbol should be giving you shin pumps and calf pumps walking. Pump it up 20 mg a.day every 4 days. I always take it all 1 he pre workout. Except leg day I take it post. You will know when its too much. Or fake.
 
Squat Day

6 sets squats working sets all done with 315. My hip flexors are coming around nicely. I can bend down and shit on the floor and stand back up no problem. No fucking joke I can touch my foreskin to the floor. Good to see all my work is paying off. Going A2G is important I think because even tho you sacrifice weight and reps it develops the hip flexors that parallel simply cannot do. Im in new PR territory 315x8 for all working sets all A2G.

Last cycle I hit 405x1for the first time with tremendous form. Based on my current working sets I should be good for 420 or 430 for 1. Im gonna have to try next week.

I also did 6 sets leg ext moderate weight reps failing each set at 20

Its not the 315x8 that impresses me its the 315x8 for multiple sets that has improved greatly. My endurance is up big time.

I may try for new PR next week. Maybe 425

I hear you on the multiple sets , it took me 3 months of constant squatting to hit 300x10x10 . When I started squatting 5 yrs ago my PR was 300x1x1....lol.

I am amazed at the strength of the quads , they are such powerful muscles and they adapt quicker then upper body muscles . I use to hate my short quads until I started squatting and then I saw what a blessing they were ....it makes tall guys jealous !

And yes shorter legs are perfect for squatting and i am jealious. I cover alot of distance in my squat form. I was watching some Tom Platz videos and noticed he did his with the feet close together. I started practicing it this way a week ago and suprisingly i found i could generate more torque this way over shoulder width stance.

I remember back in the 80"s when Tom Platz came on the scene , his legs blew our minds . We couldnt believe what we were seeing .:eek: Looking back at the old pics now still leaves you awestruck at the size & striations . Theres bigger legs nowdays but Tom is still Mr.Quads in my book....
 
I'm interested in whatever this suggesting was.
He told me to put rubbing alcohol and witch hazel In a spray bottle and spray my self after my twice daily showers.

I just went with the rubbing alcohol and liberally apply it and let dry. Seems to have helped. That dark red acne is subsiding
 
Ive decided lean bulk only. I did very well on my last cycle this way building muscle and shedding fat at the same time. Im looking to continue getting leaner.

High protein of course but I want little of every thing else. Here's my daily food schedule typical of M-F. Critique if you will :)

03:00 4 eggs with 1 can tuna, 16 oz milk, bread
05:30 post workout shake, fruit
08:00 4 eggs, ham wrapped in tortilla, shake
12:00 chicken, white rice, 16oz milk
15:00 2 turkey sando's, 1 cup cottage cheese
18:00 steak, broccoli, corn

In between meals I often throw down peanut butter 1-2 servings at a time

TOTAL
400G pro
4,500 cals

I think carbs are fairly minimal here. Im gonna re-adjust to below 4,000 cals. That means probably dropping the peanut butter and adding in a can or two of dry tuna or chicken breasts.

I dont want to straight out bulk ie get fat. With deca and test this is good no?
 
Drop the Ham to salty Deca and salt do not mix. You keep it clean you will drop BF and add muscle. Besides that I like it. It is probably not out of bounds though you are only eating it once. I am probably overly conscious about my salt intake. I would try to keep those carbs in the A.M. unless you need them for a workout.
