I always like flirting with the idea of seeing just how big a bastard I could become but to be honest I dont want the fat that will come with it. I originally thought 280 would be my goal butttttttt what I really need to do is slim down.
I try to have carbs in the form of corn or broccoli or peas at dinner and leave the heavy carbs for lunch or before. Adding weight is too easy for me. Im just trying to understand myself a little better. Cuz years ago that wasn't the case. Im still tinkering
